I bought a set, grey and chocolate. They came with scratches to the handles. I reached out and chose to send just the check-in back as the mark on the carry-on was small. They sent a new check-in and a free gift.
The second check-in and the free gift was said to be delivered but never arrived. I reached out again and they sent a third along with the free gift and are working with the shipper to locate the second one.
The third check-in arrived today in great shape along with the free gift. This was some of the best customer service I've experienced.

After finally settling on my luggage, I chose the set that included check-in and carry-on luggage. When it arrived, I was very impressed by the design of the suitcase (especially the wheels that are often a sticking point for me); I loved the look and feel and was relieved I made the right pick. Soon however, I realized that the shipping company must have missed one of my boxes, as the carry-on luggage did not arrive. As you may expect, the carrier was dismissive and did not care to help me locate my missing purchase. After filing claims and getting nowhere, I reached out to Carl Friedrik support and was blown away by how quickly they got back to me and how thorough they were with the replacement process. Their thoroughness in handling the situation made me feel secure about the brand's commitment to customer service. I am not even certain if they had any success with the shipping company or just decided to send me a replacement without the claim being resolved.
After some brief and thoughtful communications with their staff, my replacement bag shipped, and my headache was over. I really cannot stress enough how great it was to purchase from someone who cares to stand by their word and their product in today's day when most service experiences are garbage.

I recently purchased a set of luggage from Carl Friedrik and just at the time it was being shipped to me, I realized I'd ordered the incorrect size. I immediately contacted the company and received a response from a wonderful gentleman named Jacob, who assured me there was no problem. He arranged a pick-up for the incorrect item as well as shipped the correct size to me. I am now the proud owner of a beautiful set of luggage from a great company that I am very pleased to have done business with.

Be very careful ordering online from this company…they try to sell refurbished products as new. Received badly scratched up luggage that even had the previous sellers label on the packaging…customer service was quick and apologetic, but this company will sell used goods when their supply chain prevents them from having new items…horrible quality control.

Update-
After a bit of back and forth with customer service they acknowledged the errors and provided some compensation. I used part of the compensation to also order the 72 hour backpack. Both products I have are great. Just was a bit of a journey to get them and the quality control on the first order was lacking.
I ordered the Palissey Weekend bag and the compact Weekend bag.
When the Pallisey arrived it didn’t have a card or note in the bag or box . I thought at this price point a card with a thank you, here is the serial number and maybe how to care for the leather would be in there . Nothing.
The other more important issue is the bag was damaged. There were scratches on the top and one of the sides had the the leather torn off exposing the frame underneath. Very disappointing.
On the smaller bag, I cannot review it. Because despite repeated assurances it would ship in time , two days after the promised ship date I got an email that it would ship up to three weeks from now.
I think if this company wants to gain more sales they need to sort out quality control and customer service.

Unrivalled customer service. Quick, responsive and helpful and above all, amazing products. I’ve bought a wallet, key holder and now a suitcase through them and I’m still yet to find another company in this space that comes close to what they’re doing across sales and quality of product.
Tried to purchase 2 suitcases for an upcoming trip. Confirmed with a sales associate that they would arrive on time and found out 2-days before the trip that they had a system error and didn't ship the bags. No solution available except to refund. Disappointed in the customer service / overall experience associated with this brand.

This review is to address the branch opening at Picadilly Circus.
Booked my invite on the day it was sent out and placed an order on the day of the grand opening but was told that they didn't hold stock in-store to pick up eligible orders that were placed online. A misstep on the brand's part but understandable considering it was the first day of operation. However, as a luxury brand, I would have expected them to have at least some inventory, if not all.
Event was very smartly presented and curated, with products placed front and center for people to examine and survey at first glace, which was great to interact with and experience; especially the new colourways and luggage collection.
Best of luck with the flagship store, but hopefully you stock up soon and quickly.

Great wallet, the leather is sublime. Fast shipping, easy purchase. Would recommend.
I had to raise a warranty claim, and had read all the reviews previously and have to say i did not find the CS team unhelpful in the least. Morgan owned this from the start of the claim to the end and was clear and concise in what would happen. All instructions were easily dealt with and from making a claim to getting my delivery took less than 4 days, its been an excellent experience already, this has made it so much better, well done Carl Friedrik !
Very good at holding keys, looks very posh and comfortable in the pocket.
Order experience has not been great so far. I order the briefcase and carry x pro (dotted). The carry on X arrived late and was the incorrect item when received. The replacement is still on the way so it’s been almost a couple weeks since I initially ordered it. Customer service hasn’t been as apologetic as I would have expected after I spent over $1,300 with them.

Very happy with my luggage purchase, it arrived living up to my high expectations. Looks and feels fantastic, now I really can't wait for my next vacation. Customer service was fast and helpful when the delivery got hung up at the border in customs for a couple days, ensured that all the paperwork was included and any delay was due to customs themselves, and they were correct.
The suitcases are beautiful and stylish, and the delivery process was smooth and swift. I would have given 5 stars, but the suitcase shell scratches easily, which I don't like. Other than that, I'm very glad I bought them.
