Very fast and effective help. I had a problem with activating Autokit, and consultant Rita solved my problem immediately.
Their support is terrible. They will not stand behind their product. Mine will not update past 63 percent. I asked for an exchange it is within the warranty. They are giving me the runaround. Not a good company to do business with. When it worked it was not bad I figured out the work around to get it to connect

I had issues updating my CarliKit and asked Customer Support for the image files to flash the device myself. The representative Coco got back to me extremely quickly and provided me with the nessisary files and instructions to safely flash my device. Everything works perfectly now.
