I honestly can’t recommend Reece enough! From the very beginning, he was so helpful, patient and genuinely listened to what we were looking for. He worked with our budget and never made us feel pressured into choosing something we didn’t like.

We looked at so many different cars, changed our minds a few times and had quite a specific idea of what we wanted, but Reece was always there to help, answer our questions and find options that actually suited us and our family.

He’s now helped us find the right car for us, that we absolutely love! 🚙💙

The whole process has been so much easier and less stressful having someone who genuinely wants to help you get the right car rather than just make a sale.

Extremely disappointing experience – be very careful

My experience with Car Loans UK has been nothing but stress from beginning to end.

When I was looking for finance, I was bombarded with calls and there was no shortage of people wanting to speak to me. I was referred to a dealer through the process and purchased a car that has since caused me numerous problems.

Now that I actually need help, the level of communication and support has been completely different. I have spent weeks chasing matters and have been passed around while trying to get problems with the vehicle resolved.

To make matters worse, after purchasing the car I was also contacted repeatedly about an additional warranty. I initially did not want to proceed but continued receiving sales contact and eventually agreed. I am now formally disputing the way that warranty was sold to me and have referred that matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

My overall experience has left me feeling that there was enormous enthusiasm when there was money to be made from my purchase, but nowhere near the same enthusiasm when I needed help afterwards.

Buying a car should not result in months of chasing companies, complaints, disputes and unnecessary stress.

Based entirely on my personal experience, I could not recommend Car Loans UK. If you are considering using them, please do your own research, read absolutely everything before agreeing to anything and be extremely cautious about any additional products you are contacted about afterwards.

I certainly would not use them again.

I am a car dealer, the communication from this company is awful. They ignore my emails and if I call them I can be on hold for 20 minutes and then they cut me off. Do not use them.

I received a phone call this morning stating the finance company had terminated all dealings with carloans UK as a broker and that I would have to go back to sales to sign to a new agreement and find more finance.

So being duely vigilant I rang the finance company, because my online account shows that they had already released the funds to the broker and I also have that in black and white via email.

So Carloans UK are adamant this is not true, the finance company also are adamant that Carloans UK are in the wrong.

So currently I am in a financial agreement for less than a week with no vehicle, the funds allegedly paid to Carloans UK and Carloans UK allegedly withholding the fund.

I have written an email for formal notification of what Carloans UK alledge, my next job to report this as possible fraud to the Police because withholding of funds is a criminal offence.

If this is genuinely a mistake somewhere in the system then I'm sure it'll work out fine, but to sit here and do nothing when the finance company have proven to me that thr agreement is active and in place would be dumb.

I'll update my review as this situation unfolds....
