Avoid

They got no information about the car I requested, despite marking there was available information, and instead present you with general statistics about the model, just so you feel you got something, which literally nobody needs.
When I wrote an e-mail asking about refund, for a service that I don't believe fulfilled it's promise, I didn't get any response.
Save your money, avoid.

German cars

I buy used cars from Germany. Used it 2 times this year for a VW Golf and Audi A6 before purchasing both reports were accurate and cheap compared to other reports.

Complete scam

Complete scam. Before purchasing the report, they said that there is data about the car service and km. Once purchased, they did not provide any specific data, and just general infor about this model of the car. Complete scam.

Hi Marco,

we are really sorry this fell flat for you.

Quick context: the report did run our full set of checks (VIN decode, recalls, stolen-vehicle check, registration data) and the vehicle's specs and history we had access to. Many buyers come to us specifically for the recall and stolen checks - that's typically the highest-stakes data on these reports, and where we put most of our work.

We keep improving the product from exactly the kind of feedback your review left, even when it stings to read.

"Scam" is honestly a hard word to read - it suggests we took your money knowing we'd deliver nothing, and that's really not who we are. We're a tiny team doing this earnestly. But the frustration is completely fair when what arrived didn't match what you hoped for, and that's a messaging miss on us.

Marco - please email me at info@carlytics.eu with the email you used to buy. I want to refund you in full and understand what we can do better. I read every message personally.

Alex, Carlytics
