Scam
All the reviews on here look like fake accounts praising the app
Please check the reviews on app before paying or subscribing.
It’s a total scam.

No comment as yet as not starting the diet until tomorrow.

Too early to tell. I just today signed up and look forward to starting.!

Very well set out. Makes easy, relevant reading and not an irritating experience like some American products that are boring, never-ending waffle before they provide the payment page. Well done. Now excuse me while I go and have some chocolate and two pieces of cake.

I don’t like extra pressure with all the add ons! I refused each of them!

I didn't like being asked to add all the "special offers." I want the plan and that's all.

The plans based on great questions, chosen to identify and focus on my specific goals. Easy to at yes or no to great follow up choices.

Reasonable to use, but too many options which I know I most probably wont follow.

A couple of things to raise:
- first the app and the food recommendations it gave. When I signed up I specifically selected that I don’t eat beef or pork. But when it gives me the meals options it keeps giving me them. When I look at the options to swap sometimes there isn’t a suitable option to swap to. So essentially it’s useless for me.
- second is the payment and subscription process. The app is not clear on how to cancel the subscription. It relies on customers not being able to cancel to charge them exorbitantly for 3 months for a useless app.when I looked to actively cancel within the app there was an option to delete the account. Which would not have stopped the auto subscription renewals. You have to really search for it.
Overall a useless app that is trying to scam people after a promo offer signing them up- to pay large amount for a three month subscription that will never be used or not useful at all. Beware and cancel after trying out. Not worth the amount you will pay after the initial promo period.

I went to check out and because they have so many ads during checkouts I accidentally clicked one it was $100 that I did not want to spend and they refuse to give me a refund I tried to email and explain what happened and I'm getting nothing back, it's like they just took my money and ran very unprofessional you can say whatever you want but the fact that when you have all these ads and the "no thanks" option is way at the bottom and it's not even seen, is very deceitful and the fact that I didn't even have the option to cancel that when I didn't mean to push that option in the first place is unreal you can say whatever you want that doesn't mean anything it doesn't mean that you're right
