I received my new car last week which I am very happy about 😄 but from the moment I first make contact to it arriving everything was made so easy!! My friend recommended Ben at CarNow and I can’t thank him enough, at the beginning when I was first deciding the exact vehicle I wanted Ben was very helpful, and didn’t add any pressure towards me signing like some company’s do, which was one of the reasons I decided to not respond to the first company I dealt with. There was a bit of a delay with my car (it happens) but I received updates throughout, and all questions I had along the way were answered. Delivery date was given which was anywhere from 8am to 6pm but I also received a call 1 hour before it reached my home 😊 I couldn’t fault the company thank you again Ben

After a wait of 11 months (as advised when I ordered), my car finally arrived last week, and it was worth the wait. The service from Ben was exemplary. All the way through the process Ben kept me up to date, and even when there was nothing to update he would message to say just that.

Fantastic service all around, from finding the right car at the best price to delivery. Also advised on how to extend my previous contract until the new car arrived.

I have used this company car now lessing 4 years ago for my 1st lease vehicle they were really good and helpful very easy process so I used them again after 4 years and got the same service I got 4 years ago very easy to talk too and the process is stress free highly recommended .

I contacted Ben when my current lease was coming to an end, Ben took the time to offer sound and consultative advice on the current market and his knowledge was second to none. I ended up getting in a new vehicle via another avenue due to my circumstances and Ben was understanding and supportive, no pushy sales techniques, no pressure from his end for me to make an impulse decision. I would recommend to contact Ben if you are on the market for a lease car.

I needed to get a car sorted urgently. Ben at Car Now Leasing secured a Hyundai Kona hybrid and I took delivery 3 weeks later. Excellent service and I’m loving the car!

Absolutely spot on service from Ben @ Car Now. Sorted me out from day 1 and adhered to all my requests without an issue. I had an expected delivery date of November for my car but Ben pulled a rabbit out the hat and got it delivered for me in September.
