Continuing experience during 100 day trial
The first couple of weeks there were a couple of small issue which were quickly rectified by great customer service. So far they have consistently exceeded my expectations in resolving any question I have had. They seem to really emphasize great customer service as a cornerstone. Great product as well. Really enjoying and am motivated by the bike!

Terrific bike, terrific company
Delivery: 5 stars of 5. Arrived when they said it would, perfectly assembled, and the two delivery guys were super sweet (bonus).
Bike experience: 5 stars of 5. I am the opposite of a world class athlete. Late middle aged sluggish female, very overweight. My doctor ordered me to exercise, for obvious reasons (28 pounds to lose, VO2Max can use a lot of improvement). However, I actually am excited to get on the bike (not my usual exercise experience, at all). Getting chased by the tiger turns out to be very entertaining. I am still in the beginner workouts, but looking forward to being able to do more, and now I believe it is possible. Two thumbs up.
Support: At least 6 Stars of 5. My call with Matthew answered all of my questions, and then some.

Communications from pre to post order amazing!
Preorder and order communications with Matthew Kohn was a great first impression, knowledge and responsive.
Once ordered, the follow through with my delivery was still on point, they saw this through and even followed up with shipper and ground transportation to expedite the process, and where I live that's impressive.
Reached out on a power issue and again, received a phone call almost immediately to get me on point.

My wife and I are newer parents. During the last 3 years my wife and I both have found it very hard to find time to exercise. The Carol bike has make it possible for both of to have time because it can be so quick. Some days we just have 8 minutes. The Carol turns that 8 minutes into a great workout.

Customer service was great!
I had a personal issue with my ability to fully utilize the 100 day trial period. When I explained that to Carol, their response went way beyond what I expected. They were very accommodating and cemented the trust that they were fully standing behind their product.

Bike showed up much later than…
Bike showed up much later than originally scheduled date. Everyone was kind. Delivery place apologized. I had to ask for a concession to CAROL. They authorized 6 months free on app. Then bike showed up & isn’t functional. Now I am waiting for A technician to come out. Missed out on weeks of being able to use my bike. Just disappointed. Still not fixed.

Amazing piece of fitness equipment
I am a fitness fanatic.. cyclist former Ironman triathlete and have had practically every piece of equipment that has come out over the years. I had never heard of the CAROL Bike (popped up in my FB feed) but thought I wanted to give it a try.It has blown away my expectations! One of the most challenging workouts I have ever done in such a short period of time. I am addicted to trying to improve my peak power and fitness score. Besides, the Rehitt workouts, there are many other workouts you can do. You can even ride zwift and Rouvy! It has definitley improved my overall fitness and cycling. Great support and service too! Love it!

I was thrilled with the customer service and support. I was able to talk with someone before the purchase. The bike arrived immaculately packaged. Assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow. I kept the box for the 100 day trial and threw it out after 2 weeks. This bike lives up to the claims. I'm a month in, already seeing results, and I love it! Worth it, worth it, worth it!

Worth it.
Well built. Well Engineered. Software well thought out (3 settings for bluetooth strap connection choices).
They believe in their product with 100 day return and even pay the return shipping.
Looking forward to seeing how well the VO2 and Fitness score rise over the next couple months.
My only suggestion is to go to a 5 year warranty to match the great build quality. It would inspire more customer confidence.

Makes me feel like a new man after each workout
I find the Carol bike a little intimidating, but I walk a little taller and my stride is a little longer after each workout. I like the words on the display while I am riding. It might be worth adding a little more variety.

Carol Bike 2.0 is Awesome!
Have owned my Carol Bike 2.0 for about one month. I’ve owned two Peloton bikes and other cycle trainers in the past.
Pros: Carol 2.0 now gives me highly efficient indoor cycle training tailored for my exact fitness levels using AI. In ten minutes or less versus 20-45 minutes, I can get a great REHIT or endurance workout. I established my base level of fitness on the bike after three very short training sessions.
The Carol bike is of the highest quality construction and very smooth to train on with a responsive screen tablet that is the right size for my needs.
Seat is very comfortable.
Can use other cycle apps on my Carol bike including Peloton.
Cons: None found yet and this bike is particularly well suited for the person who likes to combine cardio sessions with strength, HIT or any other workouts… and wants the best option on the market!

We designed our bike to provide the optimum experience for REHIT, taking every aspect into account. Of course, while most our riders find the seat very comfortable we understand it might not be for all.
One solution could be to purchase a bike seat cover you can place over the seat. Some riders have done this and said it has improved the comfortability for them.
