Discrimination- harassment- bullying

I am writing specifically about my harassment, discrimination and bullying experience I had yidsy in Main Reception and from the person who introduced himself Head of Orthopaedics - Łukasz Luboinski.
I was asked to wear a face mask by a very aggressive Receptionist. I refused as I have an exemption and did not wear one through the whole Pandemic. She rudely told me "it's the law" - which is untrue - it is illegal in any country to force someone to obstruct their airways/oxygen intake. I politely refused again.
She made a phone call and told me "my manager is coming to see you". Aftr 15 minutes the person referenced above - Łukasz Luboinski came to Reception (after the start time of my USG appointment) and told me I gave to wear a mask.
I told him I have an exemption...
It should be noted at this point that under International Human Rights Laws (which usurp any national mandate) declare that nobody is required to explain or share publicly their personal medical conditions.
I explained that wearing a mask would cause me severe stress and possible panic attack. He refused to accept this information- demanding instead "proof". I showed the UK exemption card which was issued by the Government during the Pandemic- which I had a translation into Polish and used through the entire 2 year Pandemic without issue. He rudely dismissed the card as 'nit valid in Poland' - irrelevant as International Law states no "proof" is required.
He refused to give me treatment if I refused to wear a mask.
This refusal constitutes and a breach of the Hypocratic Oath which all doctors swear to - "I will do no harm or injustice (to my patients) and "I will abstain from all intentional wrongdoing and harm" and the over riding doctrine "first do no harm"
His refusal to treat me is harmful as he refused both a USG and consultation.
Disgusting- I will NEVER use or recommend this Centre.
