Winner of the Worst Business Award
I'll never do business with this company again. This is the worst company, the worst customer service, and the worst system I've had this misfortune of doing business with. It was a nightmare as soon as I paid. Suddenly I can't find my order, receipt, or anything saying I paid for something. Then I made a horrible mistake! I asked them for help! My Lord, I must've committed the ultimate sin! I didn't get good service, but I did get a one word email, and a bunch of attitudes in the following emails. I only got an answer at all because they saw a review I put on here so Trustpilot came through again! Then I find out the part I ordered is made by another company that includes a locking collar, but these people sell one to you separately! Disgusting!! If I drove up to the front of this place I bet it's painted rainbow. Never again!!
