Horrible avoid at all costs

Horrible avoid at all costs! Sells on eBay as well under magicalfrenchie! Takes your money sends fake tracking numbers and you will never receive your item! Look at their negative ebay reviews!! They tell it all!

Avoid at all costs!

Avoid at all costs! Placed an order and didnt receive my item or an answer to my email as to where my item was. Luckily, I was able to claim back my money via a chargeback to my credit card. How this company is still allowed to trade is beyond me!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THERE

If you think about it, it is kind of a dirty buisiness anyway. Someone is buying massive numbers of stuff from the Disney parks using her Disneyland Pass discount to sell them overpriced (~ 40% added to the non-discounted price in the parks) online to others. It 1. prevents regular visitors to buy these products as stocks vanishes and 2. you get kind of scammed because you are paying a way more than you should. Caromagicalstore.com brings it to a even higher level as they simply do not ship your order... ever. It is not possible to reach out. They do not pick up at the phone, neither do they react on the messages you can send trough their webiste. They do not admit you to their private pages on Instagram or Facebook. So they take your money (the overpriced articles and the expedition costs) and that is it. You may have more enjoyment by simply burning your bank notes. Do not buy anything there. It is a huge scam!

Money taken no item delivered

It has been nearly a year since I paid for my Disney clock, I am being ignored on the website, with no one replying to my emails. I have tried reaching them through the Facebook page and no luck.. please stay away from this site. I can not even ask for a refund as no one contacts me even though they have my email address.

Sadly I’ve had the same experience as everybody else here. Paid for an item. No contact after. It’s been months. I’m in the middle of trying to get my cash back from the website I paid it. No contact. And it’s very sneaky that you’re not able to email the website directly so you have a trail of attempts of resolution. It’s an instant messenger only with no receipt of proof you have tried to contact them. I’m hoping they see this review and at least attempt to contact me to try and get this sorted. I only used this website because my wife had a positive experience.

Don't use this website

I doubt this review will make it online but regardless I shall tell the truth!
I pre ordered an item that was being released early August. I contact them to confirm that they had secured my items as they were limited edition so that I knew I could relax about trying to find them somewhere else. I was assured multiple times that they had my items and were just waiting for packaging to send them. I chased for over a month and she told me they were shipped and marked so on my account. She never added any shipping details to prove postage. I chased multiple multiple times and she simply kept making excuses that she would send me my tracking later. Eventually after speaking to other people in the same situation I had to do a charge back on my card to get my money refunded.
She is a liar and is scamming people to keep their money rather than be honest and tell people she failed to collect the item. She hasn't either bothered to reach out to me since to try and explain what happened etc.
Do not use this lady there are far better personal shoppers out there that won't let you down

Lack of communication

Ordered an item on 17/3/24 with an estimated wait time of 6-8 weeks. Messaged after this time to enquire on the status of my order to be told that it is an estimated 8-12 weeks wait time. I was assured a that time that I would get a refund if I did not want to wait. Seven months passed and I enquired via their website and Facebook messages stating that I would like a full refund with these messages being ignored I am hoping my card issuer can retrieve the £180 I paid. Too be honest shocking service by this company, I appreciate that they are busy but the lack of communication is worrying. I am now looking into taking legal action

Please stay away from her site.

Judging from the other reviews on her site, I should have known. She is scamming people & taking our money & not sending out items. I ordered an item from her in March of 2024 & she keeps giving me runarounds on what is going on with it. She is a fraudster. She has a Facebook page as well so please stay away. She should be shut down for scamming people.terrible person.

Don’t order there

I ordered in July for a preorder item from 9th of august, 2 weeks after the 9th, I just got answers when asking about the status and the owner told me multiple times it will be shipped within the next 2 days. Nothing happened.

What is happen?

It's really outrageous and actually fraudulent. I ordered something myself a few months ago and it took three weeks for the goods to be shipped also I had to contact them myself because I didn't receive any message from them.
Also my husband wanted to surprise me for my birthday. He ordered many items in May and nothing has arrived yet. He wasn't contacted either and now they're saying the order will be cancelled because it's out of stock. I can't understand… how is that possible? The order was placed weeks ago. I told my husband to refund the money. Since I've read so many bad reviews, this should be reported to the police. Luckily, my husband paid with Amazon Pay and was able to report the situation. Thanks to „buyer protection“ Amazon refunded the money after a week.

Do Not Buy - Scam and Fraud

Placed an order for a large amount in November 2023 and never received the items in the US. It took two months to receive a response that the package was being shipped soon. No tracking info was given and the package was never received. Four months later I was finally given the tracking information and it shows La Poste encountered an error and then immediately marked as delivered. USPS still shows it never received the package and only a label was created. Caroline stated she would give a refund in April and was going to open an investigation. That never happened and I have been battling for my refund. Fraud reports have been filed for this seller. I was advised by PayPal that her account is restricted due to claims activity. That might be why she moved on to Amazon Pay.

Pointless website - items never in stock.

I've ordered twice now from this website and the first time they had to refund me as they didn't have the two items I ordered in stock. I then decided to give them one more try and placed an order and two weeks later, I was again refunded. Pointless placing orders if they do not have items in stock. I would not recommend and will not use again.

THIS COMPANY DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE A 1 and If I didn't HAVE to give at least a 1 I wouldn't!!!
I ordered 28 Nov ... still waiting!! I have emailed; tried to contact via their website and even called them - no response!! I'll now have to contact the bank to see if I can get my money back (probably unlikely as it's been nearly 4 mths) ... I left it so long because I thought Xmas and new year etc - they had also made a mistake on my invoice and overcharged me so I was emailed about that initially (no response of course) .... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Absolutely awful company

Absolutely awful company! Non existent customer service! Avoid at all costs! I ordered 04/12. Order was apparently shipped on the 28/12 minus a spirit jersey that was cancelled, most likely because they under priced it wrong on the website at guess as it was pretty cheap for what it was. I also checked the item after it was cancelled and it was still available for purchase but priced significantly higher. My order never arrived, tracking wasn’t recognised. I sent numerous emails and messages even tried their Facebook account my message was ignored and my comment just deleted. I don’t recommend that you order from them under any circumstances! If you’re wanting to purchase stuff from the parks then find one of the amazing groups on Facebook who will actually send your order and won’t try rob you blind. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

AVOID at all cost!

I placed an order in December due to finding this website which had items that I had been looking for. Was told items were going to be shipped, no tracking details were ever provided by them. Have emailed numerous times now and no replies at all from them. I have now had to contact my bank to try claim money back.

I wish I had of seen these reviews on here before I had ordered anything.

For anyone who is considering ordering off this website, please don't and just avoid. Try to find someone else more genuine to actually pick items up for you that you know and trust.
AVOID USING THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COST!

Avoid!

Avoid!! Placed order for £185+ on 9th Dec 2023, apparently shipped on 12th Dec 2023, no tracking info given - emailed & messaged company numerous times over the proceeding weeks requesting tracking info - no response whatsoever - just had bank reclaim payment as goods were never received. Don't waste your time.

Order is never delivered

In July 2022 I ordered from this webshop. Even though the items were overpriced as compared to the prices in the parks, the availability of special products which were not to be found in Disneyland Paris anymore made me want to pay the extra bit happily. Even though I knew this company is a merchandise scalper, I really wanted the items.
It took some weeks before I first reached out, since I haven’t heard anything about my order. I figured it was just a busy summer. Getting in touch was extremely difficult. I tried the social media accounts, the webshop client service and almost never got a reply. As soon as I posted something on a FB post I got a reply. All replies were vague and without action. Many months passed, and all of the sudden in the end of February 2023 I received a request to write a review on the products I purchased. Inwas shocked, as I had received nothing. My order status in my online account changed to “shipped”; I never received any tracking information. This was also lacking in my online account. Again I reached out numerous times, but never received answers. Thus I wrote reviews, which were negative. They of course never reached the site, as the host needed to approve. Easy way to get 5 star reviews exclusively… today I openly posted on FB and IG, and of course I was immediately blocked.
Bad products, bad client service and I can only warn you to not buy at this webshop!
