I just got a mini stand and holder , without the Air projector inside the delivery bag, after waiting for 1 month.
Did they just missed the item or with a intention?

i`ve ordered a mini projector 1 month ago and i`m still waiting for the package. When i tried to look after their website, it was with a different name and no long has an order review.

Luckily I cant put 0 stars. I ordered Doc Martens. And instead got some kind of moccasin boots. I ordered them on the 10th of December. Patiently waiting and didn't even get what I wanted.

I ordered them and didn't get what I needed (home planetarium). The goods did not arrive within the given time limit, I only managed to get them several times. Intentionally misleading product names and descriptions! Avoid this site, I really regret that I ordered them.

I agree that this is a scam via Facebook advertisement. Was also scammed into buying home planetarium device with separate discs and only received the discs. Website now disappeared.

I ordered Dr Martens boots and received sunglasses!! I received an email offering a 50%. I certainly won’t be giving them my bank details!! Reported to Facebook (where I saw the ad).

I ordered a cat robot over 1 month ago, today I received a spinning top, in no way is this what I ordered and they charged me £30.

The item doesn't even work as a spinning top. It was supposed to be a self charging cat robot that takes photos

CARONAN is a complete scam, ive brought 2 planetarium with 2 discs and didnt recieve it for a month. And surprisingly the discs came only, and the 2 planetarium machines are missing. I wrote to them and they were acting like they are doing me a favour and telling me that the manager want to pay 50% back as if im the one that done a mistske. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

BEWARE!!!!! SCAM!!!! Payed for but item never received! I usually don’t buy from places like this! Now I know why!!!! Communication is nil not happy kids missing gifts for Xmas!!!!!!

I had a problem in my product, as I found it incomplete, I emailed them to resolve the problem, and finally they made a refund to my account.
So the 2 stars for the inconvience that I faced, but the 5 stars for the fully refund.

They toke the money and sent nothing. They are scammers and thieves.

These people are scammers they take your money and then send you email saying the product is out of stock
And they will get back to you when stock arrives so that they keep you hanging
While time passes for them to keep your money, i curse this company and everyone who is associated to this company!!!
They are now going by another name so be warned the other one is cood.shop

UPDATE!!! A week ago I wrote a VERY ANGRY email about their misconduct of scamming people, that I was aware they were several different " websites" and that I've FILED with the Government trade commission board ( I reccomend anyone else who can do it just google and fill in the info) and that they would be caught and shut down! It wasnt a threat i did file!

The only point of contact we all have is this email SO I copied and sent it over 200 times!!!!! The only warfare i had, the thought ..harrassed the crap out of them till they respond! And they did...
Today i got an email back...a week later...to send them photos of what i received and tracking etc...blaming it on an " incomplete order...I've received the 2 disks but no player...it is an auto response because i got 7 or 8 emails saying the same thing but we'll just see wont we IF i get any more responses from them.
PLEASE take the few minutes to google the " government trade commission board" and file a complaint! Maybe if enough people do theyll get shut down!

Well reading the long list of problems here, I too have recently been scammed. I ordered a home planetarium and wrote them several times with 0 response. Only to find out their website disappeared off the face of the earth. They are a scam. I did mine through paypal and filed a dispute. Now all of a sudden I get an email now from them claiming they shipped it, I don't believe they shipped anything as the tracking number doesn't even show up.

Ordered the Home Planetarium with 1# & 2# Discs on November 11th. In my order email shows 7-15 days shipping... Well, never happened.

i ordered 2 projectors i never receive it... SCAM SITE! i dont know why facebook let this happen?

I would rate them less than a one if I could. Haven’t received my product. Have turned them in to fraud department at my bank!! I will get my money back. Can’t get them to return emails. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!

Got ripped off like everyone else. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. Contact your bank and kiss your money goodbye. I am extremely upset.
