Bad parts delivery
The order process was without problems but the items were delivered with out a box and these were service items I.e plugs , oil filter and air filter they were left out side our porch door which was open just thrown under a bush .with no email or txt notification that they had arrived meaning they were outside for two- three days .
Not how the items are normally delivered from this company .

The company could not have been more helpful. I own a classic Renault 5 . Finding parts for the car is difficult. The company gave me the part number I would need for future reference.

ordered parts, paid next day delivery - no parts arrived then order was cancelled but postage not refunded after deadline missed!
They have offered me a £30 voucher for collection orders but my car needs parts first!?
Bizarre but standard service in today's empty promise, click bait world.

Click and collect order made. Money taken from account but no confirmation email received . No way of making contact to confirm order. Ended up driving to collection store to see if order had been made and if it was available.

Waste of time, too expensive and poor customer services
Fook me! Ordered again after the last order was never delivered; this time the parcel was delivered to a few neighbours down. I never received a delivered email or notification from my neighbour. I found the items nearly a week later.
I assumed it had not been delivered again and re-purchased for a lot less and quicker on Amazon!
Last time I use ECP/CarParts4 less, Amazon is much quicker and cheaper for the same items, and Amazon actually has a customer service dept that answers your emails / calls
I have spent the last few weeks trying to get a refund/collection of the bits
