Parts missing in box - sellers refused to accept return even with unopened evidence of kit , disgusting - avoid!

Sent out wrong parts after they confirmed fitment. They accepted responsibility for sending out the wrong parts however they refuse to refund me.
I will make sure they are never used by anyone I know.

🏁Absolutely incredible service🏁 let's start with this true story - I ordered an (manufaturer F.A.G) Giubo for my BMW E36 at 8.44pm the part arrived the following day .. How is that possible! Maybe Dr Who & the Tardis!? You'd think this is a one off, I've bought from car parts in motion many times and each time i receive an exceptional service I can't compare their service to any other car parts supplier, there is more though, this is not just a skin deep company, their customer service, i requested an invoice as my E36 is a project build and the invoice is required for the portfolio, I had Wes message me back within an hour and Scott organised the invoice for me. I've also had conversations regarding parts before purchasing to make sure the parts are correct and i only get the best service always taking their time to get things right, i can't give 10 stars so here's 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ of course they deserve more!
