Efficient delivery arrival and the product was great value for money.

On March 30th, I placed an order for a jacket, two pairs of pants, and a t-shirt. The payment was completed immediately, but now, almost one and a half months later, I still haven’t received anything.

I have contacted customer service multiple times to ask about the status of my order and when it can be expected. Unfortunately, I have not received a response to any of my emails, despite the various contact options provided.

There is absolutely no clarity regarding my order, and the lack of communication makes this company appear highly unreliable.

Since I am not getting any response through normal channels, I feel forced to express my frustration here. I hope that someone will finally get in touch with me and provide clarity about my order.

Very disappointing experience.

I spent over £150 on three tracksuits from Capreomnia. Delivery was fairly quick, which is the only positive thing I can say.

Trying to return the items has been an absolute nightmare.

I emailed customer service more than FIVE times and received no response at all. I checked spam, junk — everything. Nothing. The only way I finally got a reply was by repeatedly calling them out on their Instagram ads and sending multiple DMs, which is ridiculous for any legitimate business.

When I eventually got a response from someone called Alex, I was told they had already replied to my emails — which is simply not true. It felt like I was being brushed off rather than actually helped.

🚨 WARNING: Once they have your money, getting proper support is extremely difficult.

The brand looks great on Instagram, and the ads are very convincing, but the reality is completely different. In my experience, the product quality does not match the marketing at all.

🚨 ANOTHER WARNING: If you try to return items, you may not receive a full refund, and the process is unnecessarily difficult.

I work in e-commerce myself for a reputable brand, so I understand how customer service and reviews should work. This experience raised serious concerns for me.

Overall, this has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve had. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before purchasing.

Having been gifted a pair of these cargos I found them to be so comfortable with a great fit I bought 4 more pairs in different colours/styles and all are fantastic quality.

Still waiting for an exchange on 2 pairs of cargos sent recorded delivery in December 2025

High quality Tonal Hoodie delivered in excellent quality. Slightly oversized, but down sized from S to XS. Hoodies are fitting excellent. December 2024 you issued me with a gift card with bonus store credit, 2 maybe 3 months later your website went down for 6 months, your website then went live again August 30th 2025.

I've tried to access my gift card/s but keeps throwing up an error when I press the link.

I have made several attempts via email with no reply, resorting to socials direct messages with zero response.
You don't answer anything, you're posting on Instagram, new look books etc but can't respond to Customer queries.

HELP!

Ordered M cargo pants, changed them which was actually really easy as I was sceptical after all the bad reviews. The new L were ‘delivered’ but not to me. Royal Mail delivery photo was a block of flats (I don’t live in a block of flats), emailed the company FIVE times and they’ve ignored every single email. No telephone number. Shouldn’t have ignored the awful reviews. £55 I’ll probably never see again.

This is probably the best company for cargo pants. I have tried a lot of others but these are the most comfortable the best looking and cheapest I have found. ( Iam quite fussy) I would 100% recommend.

Bought a hoodie and delivery time was so fast and I have to say the quality of the hoodie was also excellent would have zero problems buying again.

Love this brand. Great fits for bigger guys(like myself). I've bought t-shirts, sweaters and pants and they have all been perfect and top quality. Highly recommend.
