This company stands out for its very reasonable prices and low delivery costs compared to all others. Quality products at low prices compared to carpet shops and online shops. Granted the shops 'free fitting' is always included in the price but you can get double the quality for the same price when you DIY. Underlay easy to fit as it comes in manageable rolls.
Ordered on a Sunday and was here on Thursday, it was the bank holiday weekend so probably would have been earlier. Good customer service from Nicola who supplied me with a tracking number as I couldn't track using SHOP.
Bought Caviar and Crystal underlay and now that it's down feels very luxurious underfoot.
I will be using this company again.

Second time i have ordered from this place and i'm blown away. Prices are cheaper than elsewhere by far – to the point where i didn't bother shopping around the second time. I know what I'm buying will be at least half the price of the carpet stores. On both occasions, I placed an order midday and received by midday the next day. I now have plenty of time to fit it before the flooring arrives.

It took me a while to find that I wanted, different colours and fittings for different rooms, but in the same range- the carpet underlay shop had them. I couldn’t find an estimated delivery time so emailed. The reply came back the next day, 2-3 working days. By the time I was able to place the order 2 days was ok, 3 days was ok if they came in the morning as the carpet fitter was due in the afternoon, so I placed the order and crossed my fingers. They arrived the next day!
I now have carpet threshold strips in the brushed silver that I was looking for as well as a matching brushed strip in dark grey. They look great and are very reasonably priced compared to what is available on the high street. It seems that unless you want the bog standard aluminium or brass effect strips with the horrible grids down the middle it either isn’t available or costs the earth- go to the carpet underlay shop instead. I’m a very pleased customer.

Made the order over the phone and delivery within two days. Excellent all round service.

I ordered a couple of coir mats cut to size and had a very good experience. Customer service was excellent throughout and the product is of great quality. I had searched the internet for these mats and found it a bit confusing as there is so much choice. In the end the Carpet Underlay Shop beat other competitors on the price and I'm happy that the quality is so fabulous!

Purchased 2 different rolls of underlay. Information on each type of underlay and their tog ratings was easy to understand for someone who isn't a carpet fitter. Prices were good and delivery was on time. Both items were well packaged.

EDIT: company refunded me additional cost of delivery and found out why outsourcing delivery company hadn't delivered at the first place. I received the order on the second day.

Don't recommend. Paid £44 for next day delivery. Never happened. Still waiting. Customer support useless. Sent by courier who don't do tracking. No one knows anything. Called 10 times every time told they can deliver until 6pm. Suprise that at 6pm still no delivery and no one is picking up the phone as they finished work. Thanks for nothing! All day wasted

Having written a review complaining about this firm not acknowledging my complaint for a defective product being delivered I have now been contacted by the company. It appears that due to whatever reason they never received my emailed complaint and were therefore not aware of problems I had encountered. Having explained by phone now what the issues were I can confirm that they were very understanding and apologised for the inconvenience this had caused on the day of fitting. They have also fully refunded my order and are making arrangements to pick up the 3 rolls of underlay whereby they will take the matter up with the supplier. Hence this star rating has gone from 1 to 5 for pretty much an exceptional customer service post order. It may be advisable that if anyone has an issue in future that they follow up with a phone call and not as I did just rely on an email being read.

Unbelievable service! I ordered a full roll of Duralay Treadmore Underlay after lunch on one day and it arrived shortly after breakfast the next day, despite only paying for the Economy Delivery. Impressive service. Great price. What more is there to ask of a company?!

Very positive experience, the Plushwalk underlay arrived quicker than expected. Excellent price too. Would recommend to anyone, and I will shop here again.

Quality products at a great price plus Excellent service. Put my order in over the internet late one evening and realised I got my measurements wrong. called the next day and spoke to Bryony who was incredibly helpful patient and understanding. Got my order amended and dispatched same day. arrived next day on standard delivery too. very happy.

Ordered a variety of items from them including underlay, carpet gripper rods, carpet metal and entrance matting.

Everything arrived quickly and in good condition.

There was a mistake with the entrance matting. It arrived in the wrong orientation... I requested 2m wide by 1m long, but received matting that was 2m long by 1m wide. I called the company, they asked me to send an email with more details and it was resolved quickly, with minimal fuss and very professionally. Would 100% buy from again.

Have used this company a couple of times now.
Can't fault it, the underlay arrived in a couple of days and the quality of the product is amazing for the price.
I will never pay those carpet shop prices again.

Ordered 3mm BARRIER PLUS UNDERLAY. Best price i could find and it has damp proof membrane as a bonus. A really good underlay - feels great underfoot. Delivered next day

Highly recommended

The company were happy to accept the return of some 11mm underlay - including paying the return postage - which the fitter refused to fit on the stairs. They even compensated me for the inconvenience!

Very quick delivery!

I made a mistake on my order. Phoned customer service, they immediately corrected my mistake and were very pleasant about it. The goods arrived very quickly and in good order and good quality. 5 star service.

Shop took my on line order and dispatched same day . Although only paid for economy delivery actually received my order within 48 hours.
