I ordered a rug on Friday, from Germany and it arrived in Limoges on Tuesday morning. At first I was concerned because clearly the Afghan rug had been folded into a box, and I thought that the rug might be creased. I unfolded it and to my surprise the rug was perfect. Worried for nothing
I was worried about buying an expensive carpet that I hadn't seen in person from a company out of the country. I even put it on a credit card that provides insurance on my purchases but costs me more because of exchange rates.
I worried for nothing.
The carpet is gorgeous, better in the picture. It came quickly and efficiently and was packaged very well to prevent damage. Most of all, I appreciated that I could get someone from the company on the phone easily, who spoke my language, and could answer my questions.
As a result, l am very happy with this carpet and the company, and would buy from them again.

This is the third carpet that we've bought from Carpet Avenue.
The quality is superb, with an amazing selection of carpets to choose from.
The website is excellent, with filters for price, size and colour making it really easy to use.
Delivery is super-fast.
When we changed our minds about one of the carpets and wanted to swap it for another, this was dealt with quickly and efficiently, with the original carpet being collected free of charge. Customer service is exceptional.
