I just want to give a massive shout-out to Dan K and Patrick at Carpet Giant in Orpington for their outstanding customer service.

They have been incredibly helpful and professional from start to finish. For the first time in a long while, I experienced genuine customer service without feeling pressured at any point.

What really stood out was the knowledge, honesty, and care Dan K and Patrick provided. There were no pushy sales pitches—just straightforward advice and a genuine desire to help. They arranged for an estimator to visit our home, took accurate measurements, and then offered us a fantastic deal for carpeting our four-bedroom house. We’re really looking forward to having everything installed next month.

Well our Third visit to Carpet Giant Charlton . This should speak for itself that we have made three visits . Why ? Firstly John who manages the shop ably assisted by very pleasant staff . John is what all shops should be like friendly helpful and knowledgeable all without being pushy . Range of carpets excellent and very good price . We asked for carpet to be fitted this time and the team sent were excellent kept us updated on arrival time were very good at their job . Very happy with the complete package ! I’m sure we will be back again !

I had been badly let down by another carpet firm, and needed a new carpet urgently before my removers were due to deliver all of the furniture from storage. I was so stressed out, but Theresa from Carpet Giant in Charlton did an absolutely amazing job in sourcing the carpet I needed urgently (she placed the order within an hour of me calling and then stayed on top of it to make sure the carpet was delivered in time), and organising fitters, who got everything done in time. The carpet is beautiful, Diego and his team (the fitters) did an amazing job, and Theresa was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommended! Would definitely use again.

We were greeted warmly and with a smile. Rob gave us all the information we required, and more,but in a really pleasant way. We did not feel under pressure. The store was very clean and well laid out with clear pricing. Rob answered all our queries and we were so impressed that we more or less decided there and then that we wouldn't bother with another quote from any other company. Would definitely recommend.

Once again Carpet Giant in Sittingbourne have given us a first class experience, Jeremy and the team are doing friendly and knowledgeable, we made a small measuring mistake but it was not a big deal and Jeremy sorted it out very quickly and efficiently.
This is the third time we have been back and to be honest I don't think I would go anywhere else now, I love the top rate customer service the friendliness and their honest opinions. Great team

I received excellent and efficient service in the Charlton store. John was very knowledgeable and gave me some great advice on a new carpet for my stairs. Andre and Marcelo were extremely professional and courteous and did a superb job fitting the carpet. Would highly recommend.

John was great in helping us on the carpet selection and all aspects of measurement. Booked in really quick. Great guy and fun to talk with. Fitters were awesome, finished in record time and cleaned up after as well. Also great guys!

There was a wide range to choose from and John was very knowledgeable about quality, hardwearing, soft, and all the other bits and pieces that would be needed.

A massive thanks to Rob Thompson (Store Manager - Maidstone Branch), who gave us priceless advice what product would be best for us. The man's been in the flooring business for decades, which you can tell by the wealth of knowledge.

There's a great selection in store, and I can verify that the Invictus LVT range is up there (quality wise) with the more well known brands, such as Amtico & Karndean...but at a fraction of the cost.
We had two rooms done in January 24 and they're still like new! Definitely worth going for the border edging as it gives a cracking finish...and when I say you get a good fit, it looks like the floor goes under the skirting boards - not up to them.

A true pleasure to deal with from start to finish, 5* service and product at a bargain price.
