We have just used Carpet Mill for a bedroom and walk in wardrobe carpet. The whole process was seamless and easy. A few days before the carpet was fitted I called and asked to delay fitting due to our plasterer cancelling on us and having to find an alternative. This was done with no hesitation and brilliant customer service. The fitting was fabulous the fitters took their time and even assisted with relaying another carpet which we had taken up and attempted to put back down ourselves for a very reasonable additional charge. They left my home tidy and were respectful. We shall be visiting again soon when we redecorate our landing and stairs.

Ordered 2 carpets, paid the quote.

Carpet man comes out asking for £20 more than we were told because the old carpets should have been taken up. We were never told this at any stage. We moved all furniture and we would have moved carpets too if we got told to.
The carpets were not even screwed down just loose and didn’t even cover the whole floor. How is this worth £20 extra?? Wife at home with 2 babies so couldn’t do it.

Spoke to the shop who argued with us saying ‘everyone knows to take up old ones’ this is the first time buying carpets so we didn’t know.

He said you have to pay it and then hung up on us.extremely rude on the phone.

They also installed gold door runners when we ordered silver not to mention they Took our doors off to fit the carpets and left the doors off.

We were going to use them to carpet the whole house but we will definitely not be using them again after this.

HORRID customer service. Pay the extra and get a proper company. Avoid!
