Carpet One was great to work with and the process from start to finish was as seamless as I would have hoped...Thank you for doing a great job!

The men did a great job of laying carpet. However, I did not like the fact that they opened my personal master bathroom closet to put something in there to get it out of the way. I was home and they could have asked, but didn't. If they had damaged the 'collectable' that I had safely stored there, we would have a problem.

Social Media has become the defacto venue for warning people of bad business and poor customer service. Carpet One has left me only two options...file suit and\or public exposure on Social Media. Here's the latter..
I worked with Carpet One on south Garnett in Tulsa over the course of two weeks in purchasing the 'right' carpet and accesories for my new home. At that time they were helpful and friendly. As required, I paid in advance, in full. A few days later two Hispanic 'boys' (one looked 18 , the other no older than 25) show up to do the install. Only the oldest said he spoke English, and it was VERY little and difficult to communicate. After they were finished I pointed out the transition from my kitchen tile floor to my Living Room was NOT correct. There was a gap and the tile is higher than the carpet. The installer said I "needed a bar there" and that they "did not have one" with them. Duh, it needed a Z-bar! ALL TRANSITION PIECES were specifically discussed and agreed upon in the purchase. But wait! There's much more! Previously there was no carpet in most of the house but there was a transition bar with tack-strip in the bedroom door\hallway where the previous tile met the bedroom carpet. These installers LEFT that bar and tack strip there and laid the carpet over the top and down the hall! NOW theres a huge HUMP in my hall going to the bedroom!! AND, they very poorly made a carpet seam in the bath doorway with LARGE glue lumps that you can see AND FEEL every time you walk on it.
I have spoken with them at the store in person, three (3) times and was assured EACH time that they would fix it. NO ONE has EVER come out. I called... reassured again that they would fix it. Never came out. Now when I call, they will only "take a message" and I never get a call back. Almost $4000.00 and I have to hire someone else to do it right. THIS is what they refer to as "Excellent Customer Service"?? Paul Johnson is the owner...but no luck getting in touch with him. If you call their office, you are immediately greeted with an answering machine and directed to "leave a message." No call backs...

I'm very happy with our flooring and Gary went over and above to make sure our flooring was just what I wanted.

I would recommend carpet one service over and over. Had some minor issues and they took care of it and made sure it was completed.

We were happy with the service and carpet.

They answered all of our questions, assisted us in installing it on our time frame and followed up after to make sure we were satisfied. Love, Love the carpet!!!

We are so very satisfied with not only the carpet but with the installation. Very professional, fast and courteous! Would definitely use Carpet One and their staff in the future!!

I was building an addition for my mother, talked to Gina for pricing and even sent samples to my Mom in NJ. It took another year before I placed my order and all went very well!!! IT LOOKS GREAT!!!!

The installer used glue at the doorway. He said it needed 24 hours to cure before he could finish. He said he would be back the next morning to finish, but never did. Now the carpet at the entryway is not held down.

Gary Ellis was our sales person who guided us to the carpets that met our specific needs and wants. Gary is a very personable, polite, and knowledgeable sales person. He made sure that we had excellent carpet installers (Kevin & Kenny) to insure our satisfaction with the entire transaction. Gary also gave us advance notice of when the carpet was in stock, when the installation was to take place and even followed through with us after the installation to make sure we were entirely satisfied.
We have already recommended him to our friends and business acquaintances.

From the time I started we had nothing but great service. Harvey bent over backwards to help us with our selection of both flooring and carpet. The guys who installed them were very professional. Carpet One is a first class outfit.

The team did a great job and was very understanding of my schedule and mindful of inconveniences. They were all very sweet to my young children as well.

Due to construction delays, we had a difficult time with scheduling the laying of the carpet. They had to put a lot of extra effort into getting the carpet installed when we needed it to be done. During this time, their attitude was always positive.

Nick gave us a tour of flooring types. He gave honest pros and cons of each type for what we were looking for. He helped us make an informed decision. The installers were great. They took pride in their work and it showed. From the beginning to end, great service.

Received a flyer in the mail about a carpet special which included free removal, haul-away, installation & moving of furniture. I called & spoke to Larry, he came right out & did a free measure. We went in the following Saturday to pick out carpet & they were there that following Thursday to install! The installers were very professional & courteous. The finished product looks wonderful! Would recommend to anyone!

More than 15 years ago, I had a very bad experience with this local store. I went in this time reluctantly just hoping to get a price to either confirm the other estimates I had received for the same product or even better - use the CarpetOne price to get a better price from their competitor. The CarpetOne price was so much better neither of their local competitors would even attempt to meet it. When I noticed an honest error on the original quote, they made up the difference plus more. Excellent install and follow up service on top of an excellent price for the very product I wanted - not some substitute. I could not be happier. I wouldn't necessarily expect everyone to have this great of an experience but I know it worked out great for us. Ask for Gary.

Duke came out and measured for carpet and backsplash in the kitchen. We needed carpet that looked and was affordable. We were short two bullnose on the tile backsplash and Varpet One got those to us the same day at no additional cost to us. Carpet Installers were there as promised and spent the day making the house beautiful. Very satisfied with the entire process.

The service at the store and install were both very good. The install were quick and efficient. They were gentle with the furniture removal as well.
