Please do not engage this company. Expensive and poor quality.

Prior to them starting the job we had to pay for the materials used and we found out that there was so much excess material they made us order. (no refunds of course! )

They did a poor job on our stairs, peeling laminate, cracks, glue stains all over after the job was done. When we complained they did a temporary fix. They also said it was not possible to cover the front of the stairs which was not communicated when we engaged them.

Less than a few months later, some parts of the stairs are loose and coming apart. Contacted them and there was no reply initially. After chasing them we were told the only person who could do the job is on vacation. That was more than a month ago.

If possible we would never have done any work and just kept the stairs as they were.

Horrendous experience through and through.

Carpetright in Berwick-upon-Tweed have fitted most of the carpets in my home. I have now had some vinyl flooring fitted. Once again, John (sales) was knowledgeable, helpful & courteous.
The fitter (Mikey) fitted the vinyl expertly, with no mess. He was also friendly, courteous & he;pful.

The manager at Carpetright in the Blackpole store in Worcester could not have been more helpful and attentive. We purchased carpets for the whole house and also laminate flooring for the bathroom, kitchen and utility room. She was polite, professional and attentive at all times. Jenny, her assistant was equally helpful. Their service was excellent.

Graig who works in the Evesham store and Jennie in Worcester blackpole store. Graig was covering the Worcester store on the Blackpole in Worcester. 5th of September 2021. Graig was the manager today and was so helpful and great professional service from Graig. He was great at explaining everything and very patient. He is an asset to your company and knows carpets and products very well. He has a natural rapport with customers. Thank you for all your help Craig. I purchased with you.
Jennie the manager in the Worcester store is also an asset to CarpetWright in the Blackpole retail store in Worcester. She was so kind and helpful and had much patience with me. She recognised the second time I came into store and gave such personal customer service. She is a big asset to your store.

I am writing this on behalf of my parents for Carpetright Phoenix Retail Park Linwood Paisley. The service my parents received from all the staff at the store was excellent. From choosing the carpet, to Peter the estimator and to Charlie, Scott & Gordon the fitters. Tricia arranged everything from the beginning to the end. She arranged the staff to move and replace all my parents furniture etc as they are both elderly. My parents cannot praise all the team enough they would highly recommend this store.

Experience was second to none he even helped me put them in the car, please personally tell them of there dedication to there job, will definitely be coming back.

I went to Carpetright at Trafford Retail Park on Sunday morning and was immediately greeted by a lovely guy called John. He wasn’t pushy, just really really kind and helpful. He arranged for my carpet to be measured and Darren came to measure up the very next day. I reckon he does it in his sleep! He was great. Very professional and efficient. I have today placed my order with John. I would definitely recommend. I’m having by bedroom and stairs done and John has kept hold of the measurements for when I’m ready to have the other bedrooms fitted. There was plenty of choice in store and something to fit around my budget. I can’t wait to get my new carpet :)

Carpetright Southend Airport Trading Estate - Previously used this store and was reasonably pleased with store and carpet installation - returned Friday August 6 two staff members we were the only customers. Staff member told person on the phone his reason for his delayed response to them was because he had been dealing with another customer.
We were in the store at least ten minutes deciding on a two new bedroom carpets no staff interaction until we stopped the same staff member to ask underlay cost. Interaction was minimal and hurried they seemed too busy to debate ( including foul language) between them the experience of the previous customer. We will not be using this store again

My husband and I visited Carpetright in Whitehaven on 16th July 2021 and was greeted by Michelle. She approached us in a professional but friendly manner. Michelle helped us and was very knowledgeable on carpet quality, fitting and price.

This company should be ashamed at the state they have left me in. A low paid essential worker who worked full time while you sat at home watching tv claiming furlough. Got in debt to pay for a little home comfort and you took my money and ran. Con men. Steer clear.
