I recently ordered from Carpetsandfloorsonline and had a great experience. The carpet was delivered on time, in excellent condition, and exactly as described. The team was friendly and helpful throughout, even updating me regularly. It's clear the company is under new management, and they're doing well. Would recommend and use again! Four stars.

Scam artists. Took my money and didn’t deliver my item
I ordered some Lino from this company. A month went by and I still hadn’t received my Lino. I tried calling on multiple occasions and no one ever picked up the phone. They took my money and I never received my order, or any communication from this so called company. Scam artists - AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Very poor service
Very poor service. They promised a delivery date of 5-10 days, but I heard nothing from them for a month. When I eventually contacted them, there was some excuse about a lorry breaking down! Furthermore, no company information on their website, and very difficult to find anything on them (extremely suspicious).
Not worth the hassle
Offering on the website free samples and on three different occasions over 18 months they used poor excuses that the sample service is currently unavailable. Their reply to the email takes forever and when chased, finally some lady replied from her private email address.
Maybe the products they offering are good but it is just not worth the hassle.
Terrible manners
Terrible manners. Phoned the number on their website to ask for delivery cost. A very unfriendly woman said "sorry this is the show room" and just cut me off and never phoned back.
Poor customer service

having selecting and paying, I heard nothing about delivery of the carpets.
I called many times no answer, emailed received stating carpet was coming in and delivery team would call me. guess what ? no call
another email there was a mix up in delivery again no calls back,
my carpet was going to be delivered on Friday pm appointment, No delivery apparently they were given directions to the wrong house in the village which can happen
obviously some customers are getting a good delivery and product, but this seems to be very hit and miss
I am very disappointed my carpets are still not delivered and we are still waiting.
i will keep you informed if the customer service improves but i am not holding my breath ?
2nd delivery carpets arrived exactly what we ordered well packaged and excellent quality.

ordered carpet and underlay, got a delivery date to scotland, delivered and put inside by 2 really nice guys. Kevin and Paul from head office kept us in the loop, no problems at all.

Cannot get hold of this company to get a refund for carpet that they cannot deliver (refund was offered by email). I am not sure why they even accepted the order if they are closed.
Email bounces back, no one answers the phone and the online form on their website does not work.

I ordered a carpet from them on the Thursday. Checked Trustpilot on the Sunday and saw their rating so emailed them for a refund (within the 3 working day cooling off period). Received a phone call on Monday morning saying the carpet could be delivered on the Wednesday. I decided to take the chance and I'm glad I did. Delivered on time with a phone call 45 minster before drop off. Carpet has just been laid and is what I ordered with no faults. Well done indeed and thank you.
Con artists
Ordered and paid for a carpet and delivery. Got an email from Steve the next day to say the carpet wasn't in stock (why was it available online to order and pay for then?!). Offered 'an alternative or a refund', asked for a refund, never heard from him again. Three attempts to email him and no response so I raised a dispute with my bank and they have had to refund me and persue Carpets & Floors Online. Never use this company.
Don't use them
I ordered a carpet from them back in November.Trying to get hold of them by phone is absolutely useless. The carpet was delivered. We only just got round to fitting the carpet yesterday and there are knife slices through the carpet backing which is affecting the integrity of the carpet. Complete waste of money. I would recommend not using them as you will never get hold of them on the phone. This was not a cheap carpet, I was hoping for a good experience - I should have believed the reviews!
Got my carpet eventually
Got my carpet eventually - they said I was out when they first tried to deliver (this was a lie), I rearranged delivery and even told them to leave it in the garage if I was out (this delivery also did not appear), they apologised saying that there was no note on the delivery papers to tell them to leave it in the garage, finally on the third arranged delivery I successfully received the carpet.
This was a stressful experience and I would never order from them again, regardless of price. I honestly got the point where I started to think the whole company was a scam.
Please Sort out your delivery service and don't arrange delivery slots you have no intention of fulfilling.
I was told by the first person I spoke to that they outsourced their deliveries and that they were having constant problems, the second person I spoke to told me all their deliveries are done by their own staff, this was confirmed by the branded van that delivered the carpet. Do not believe them if they try and blame the 'courier' for that is themselves!
Stevie and Eddie were very friendly and seemingly helpful on the phone, but words are cheap and they don't follow through on their promises.
This company is the same group as Pay Weekly Carpets and CarpetMonster.co.uk - google the former for reviews backing up my experience

There are a lot of bad reviews about this company and that was a real concern to me after spending £800 on LVT click flooring. I bought it on a Monday and I asked if they could deliver it as soon as poss. It came as a massive surprise when I received it on Wednesday the same week. It has now been fitted and it is quality stuff. Other companies was charging me £400 more for the exact same stuff. Defo a 5 star from me.

Having read the negative reviews on here, I was concerned about using this company, but am relieved to say that I found them helpful and reliable. A week after ordering, I hadn’t heard from the company (hence 4 stars not 5) I rang to find out an approximate delivery date. Chris called me back to explain that the ‘Iberian’ carpet I originally ordered was discontinued. He said he was keen to help and said he could give me a discount on a different carpet. As I already had a fitter booked, I agreed to this. I visited their warehouse in Bradford and was able to choose a replacement. ‘Exquisite Twist’. This was of superior quality, therefore cost more than my original carpet choice. However Chris offered some discount as compensation. We agreed a delivery day and the carpet arrived on time and in good condition. I have since had it fitted and it looks and feels gorgeous!

Terrible experience & rude "Manager"
Terrible experience. The piece of flooring they sent had holes in and was rolled and taped the wrong way, the sticky sticky tape was all over the pattern, had to clean that all off, then when found lots of holes or imprints on face of flooring. Told them and despite them assuring us they would get it checked thoroughly before sending out a new piece, the second one they sent was worse, they must have had their eyes closed when checking. Because they couldn't get the flooring for a few days we had to pay £10 extra delivery for a Saturday delivery for the second piece but the courier company had no record and said it is often happening the company blaming them. The sarcastic "Manager" Harrison Fry said "Yes, sticky tape is sticky" when I tried to speak to him and point out that maybe the roll should be rolled the other was so the tape is on the underside instead of the pattern. He was rude and dismissive, maybe it was because I am female as he seemed to have a slightly different attitude when I had to put my partner on as I was getting nowhere. I have to say the admin ladies I spoke with were polite and apologetic and why they work for such an a*se as him I don't know. Had to wait for weeks to get the damaged flooring refund because they wouldn't refund until the items were back with them but couldn't/wouldn't collect for 2 weeks+ so we had to store the damaged items until it fit in with their collection and terms. In the end we got a local supplier, he not only delivered it for free but the piece was perfect. Do not use and don't believe the other company "reviews" as they obviously pay to use that review site and only good ones are posted.
