We have used Carpets At Home for multiple rooms in our house and we are absolutely delighted with the service every time. Joanne and I felt looked after from the start, with honest advice and help choosing the right carpet for each room.

The measuring and fitting were organised quickly, the fitters turned up when they said they would, and they were clean, tidy and respectful in our home. The workmanship is excellent and the finish looks spot on.

It is rare to find a company that is this reliable and friendly, with such high standards. We would happily recommend Carpets At Home and we will definitely use them again.

We’ve used this company 3 years ago for our living room and hall/stairs & landing carpets. Looking for carpets for all 4 bedrooms we tried them again and they didn’t disappoint. I contacted Carpets At Home after seeing their advert on Facebook. After reading so many positive reviews I arranged an appointment with them to measure. They responded very quickly and when they arrived they had plenty of samples to choose from and very knowledgeable about their products. After choosing my carpet I was very surprised how reasonably priced it was as I had been quoted so much more previously at a high street store! They were very accommodating with the time to suit me as I was finishing off some decorating first. Ashley came to fit my carpet yesterday and I can honestly say how impressed I was with the quality and thickness of the carpet I chose. Far better than any I’d seen in other carpet shops. He took care not to mark any of my walls, was so pleasant and did a fantastic job!! Hoovered and cleaned up and all taken away too. I will definitely be using them again for the rest of the rooms we are in the middle of finishing! Great job, great family business and would highly recommend to anyone.

It took just 3 days from measure to fitting for our new carpet to be fitted . The job took just about 45mins .

As too the carpet people. He came when he said he would to our house to measure. He was very nice and gave us a good choice of product at a reasonable price. He organised a date for his fitters to suit us. They came on the date organised and were very polite and efficient and tidy.
