Badly packaged means gold marks are very hard to flatten out
This was my second purchase from rugvista. The edges of the rug still don’t lie flat, despite a committed long-term effort in using weights to flatten it.
The packaging of rugvista rugs is very poor. Both rugs I’ve bought have been packed in a loose fitting white plastic bag that has been ripped open and barely sealed. The rugs are so folded up that you then have to deal with getting them flat. It’s a pain - and kind of ruins the rug which I’m sure they’ll refute!
Other rug sellers simply roll it up, which flattens out much easier. But I guess that costs more for rugvista - so they choose the cheaper option (which actually damages the rug).
Both times I’ve ordered from rugvista DHL have dumped the item in the front garden despite us being home to collect it. Not very civilised.
They have a good range of rugs, and despite the folds that won’t come out, seem like decent quality. If they packed their rugs properly and with care, I’d give a much more positive review.

Quality, well made and presented rug
Very easy to find the exact size and colour of rug I was looking for. Delivery was fast and the quality of the item was very impressive. Love the colour which was the same as one selected. Thought the rug package a little strange, the rug folded into a square for easy shipment and was worried at the price point it might be damaged, but after a couple of weeks, it settled down and looks fabulous.

Love this rug
Love this rug, i think for the price it's great quality. I wasn't sure about how it would be underfoot as purchased online but I am very pleased. It's soft underfoot. Obviously you can spend much more and get top notch but all in all the price point offers great value. The colours really life up and elevate our freshly painted lounge. Would recommend. Note the rug needs a little time to flatten and settle after being shipped in packaging but it only takes 2 or 3 days.

Having looked at several, the price surprised us. We were half expecting to be disappointed when it arrived, particularly given some comments exist about creases in delivered rugs. We’re not anymore!
