Have had all downstairs fitted with engineered oak flooring. Excellent knowledge on what was needed which was good. Didn’t over sell. Customer service by Matthew was lovely. Was kept in the loop at all times. Also had carpet fitted upstairs and stairs. All the fitters were extremely tidy and knowledgeable.

Great service from start to end.

No pressure or pushy staff, very helpful in supporting suitable flooring. The turnaround was also reasonable, zero issues. Our fitter was excellent. Can't fault it floor looks incredible. Very happy.

Have used Carpet World on several occasions now. Just had a new carpet in one of our bedrooms and as usual a fantastic job for a reasonable price. Staff are always very helpful and will never rip you off. Fitters are all very good and leave minimal tidying, a refreshing change to deal with a well organised and well run business.

The service in the sales room was very professional. The staff clearly have very good knowledge of all their products, prep work required for each flooring type, and aftercare. We were served by Chris and he couldn’t have been more patient and helpful. The floor fitters were also all lovely, very professional, and friendly. We’re extremely pleased with our floors throughout and the service provided. Thank you all. Would 100% recommend!

Visited Carpet World ( Hinckley) to get information on LVF flooring . I was shown many different options and prices and finally decided to go for Karndean. Everyone has been very helpful and polite at all times.
I’ve had the flooring fitted and it looks fantastic. The job was completed in a day by Adam who is like a breath of fresh air and has restored my faith in humanity, if it wasn’t for the nails going in I wouldn’t have known he was about.

Just had laminate floor fitted to hall, lounge and dinning room. Excellent choice and very helpful staff. Fitters were efficient and very professional.
Excellent service all round

Needed to carpet whole house and it felt a rather intimidating task. On my initial visit to Carpet World (Hinckley) the staff were friendly, discussed various options of carpet and underlay with me. I found them trustworthy - it may sound silly but they weren’t trying to get me to break my budget buying the most expensive carpet. They worked well to help me find the best possible carpet for my budget.
The carpet fitters were brilliant; friendly, easy to have in my home and they did a good and thorough job of fitting them. Would highly recommend.

Wanted new flooring for our renovated conservatory. Excellent service from first entering the store. Helpful advice as to which product to choose but no pressure sales. Communication was top notch, kept us informed every step of the way, and everything was on time. Adam the fitter was quick and efficient. Blaine has done a super job with the skirting. We are delighted with our new floor and will not hesitate to use Carpet World Hinckley again.

As soon as we entered the shop we were meet by Graham, who was so friendly and explained we were looking for stair carpet.He explained the different types available and which would be best for us. He was very knowledgeable and explained things so well. We came away with samples to view at home and did not hesitate to arrange for a member of staff to come and measure up. We have since gone back and ordered a lounge carpet. The service we have received has been amazing and would not hesitate to recommend them.

We have purchased carpets and fitting for our lounge, stairs and landing areas. From start to finish the experience was fantastic. Very reasonable prices and excellent quality of both underlay and carpets. Ollie fitted them on two separate occasions and has made an excellent job. Many thanks to the whole team!

So pleased with our Invictus flooring we have had done all through downstairs it looks amazing. Thank you to Chris Davies who helped us with great advice and bringing home the large samples to help with our decision. Thanks to Adam who fitted it you have done an amazing job. We have now used the Hinckley branch of Carpet World for the selection and installation of floor coverings in two rooms. We chose two different types of hardwood parquet flooring. Both times we were assisted by Marc, who was excellent - very knowledgeable, and he helped us make the right decision without any pressure. We are extremely pleased with the results, which have added so much to our home. We will be carpeting two bedrooms later this year, and will not hesitate to go back to Marc and Carpet World.

The shop and staff were friendly and helpful. The fitting went well and happy with the result. The fitter came on three occasions to lay screed and then to lay the floor. He was here for no moor than 6 hours altogether .it cost 460£ in cash direct to the fitter.absolutely extortionate ........
