I recently received car finance from Carplus.co.uk and it was seamless from start to finish. Freddie was very polite and friendly and explained everything clearly and concisely. He went through all the options I had within my price range and managed to find me a make of car I've been wanting for a while! He listened and answered all my questions and even contacted the dealer with questions he didn't have the answer to. Overall a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend this company!!

I broken down and with in 48hrs I had a new car thanks to Dylan Singh. I was only looking for quotes but Dylan made my experience feel so natural no fauls selling nothing he actually went miles above on his customer sales to make sure we found the correct car within the budget I cant thank you enough Dylan for your help you have been amazing from start to finish

Worse experience ive ever had. Stuck me with a dodgey dealer. Selling dodgey cars with issues. After calling and emailing non stop. Theyve tried to slip out of all the issues consantly with the vehicle. Thwy sell you wareanty with thw finance. And yet they couldnt even be bothered to activate it staff. Are very rude. Customer service. Useless going to trading standards as the car has had no end of problems. Lied that the vehicle was in drivable condition and fresh service. Cost me 1000 in repaurs so far. Still needs a service. Still all lights on dash. Im now getting ignored. And coz its finance. Im legally oblidged tp pay for the vehiclee. Which btw im paying 14000 for a 7k car

Just wanted to say great experience with Carplus and a special thankyou to Fezan who was my account manager.

We had an issue with the car I was sourcing from a garage and so Fezan managed to jump through hoops to arrange a new deal with a different dealership for us.
