The warranty is one year plus, my car broke down just 5 months after. Not my fault but i need to pay rm70 just to check. Okay i dond mind paying although its not my fault that the battery is failing less than half a year. But then i have to wait until 3pm which is 4 hours time just for the checking. Better call other battery provider. Bad experience, bad service, thing is my last time using carput. Sorry but my time is valuable. Good luck doing sales with this bad MO

My car battery was down in a shopping mall, then I make a booking need to change battery and they arrived within 30 minutes.

Technician (Hafiz) jump start the old battery and keep the car on then only start switching to new battery so all the car electronic setting will be preserved.

Awesome. Ordered a battery replacement at 7am, got a call at 8am to confirm my order, replaced the car battery at 9.30. The technician did a spot check on both old and new battery, suggested that I change the alternator as it is wrecked also.

Imagine if I drove my car to Johor afterwards I would have stranded nonetheless. Kudos to the team and special thanks to the technician!
