Why do I have to pay $40 more registering my car on line. If I paid by mail I am not charged a service fee or convenience fee or shipping fee. Next time I will just write the check and mail it in.

Processing fees are extremely expensive. I paid for the email confirmation of the registration renewal and was told after payment that I would not receive and email confirmation until my renewal registration shipped. What sense then does it make to offer an email confirmation for $5.00? I could have just choose same day service.

29.99 service fee
super easy to process. quick and painless...my only thing is it looks a lot like a government website so I was concerned the government was yet again charging me for something. But it clearly states it's a third party website. So basically I'm the dummy and if a dummy like me can breeze through this, the fee is well worth my time (I.e. 5 hours at the DMV the 29.99 is a small price to pay).

No Instructions for Email AND Shipping Method.
There are no instructions saying that you have to select another shipping method other than email. I tried paying and had to talk to the support team to figure it out. I would think you would email me a copy I can print, and since I gave you my address, you would send me the tags. Very confusing at check-out.
