Renewing my vehicle registration online was quick and easy! No lost time waiting in long lines.

Okay these guys are heroes, hands down. I was 8 months late on paying for my registration (I'm actually usually better about this stuff, but...corona), and I am about to go on a trip. Definitely needed my tags.They got them to me next day.

after filing a bad review I would like to say that Mia called me back and was very helpful and gave me some info on what to do as my car could not register plate electronically.
It’s a sham it took a bad review but they did sort it out.

The Worst On Line Service, I have Ever Delt With!, Over the Road Commercial Driver, Paid for my Renewal August of Each Year, Had a Issue on Smog, but PASSED. at Christmas time Last Year, I Have Called, Emailed 4 Time, with No Reply, Response, No Nothing, No Tags!! No 4 Runner, to drive legal, for a Hole Year, Then when I called them today, a Year Later....because they sent me a renewal notice, I asked for a 2021 Tags, She Said "NO"!, U PAID FOR 2020 TAGS. here all send them too U? 7/7/2020, so there giving me Tags that are good for 2 months, then Renewal Time?, WHAT A WAIST OF MONEY, Didn't Save ME, Time, Money,
Nor a Covinace, Instead, Costs Me, over a $1,000, for Rides to Work. And to see Friends and Family all for a $81.00 a year, on a 97 4 Runner. Will Never USE, a on - line service again, can't be TRUSTED, at least The Real DMV, will keep it, Real, and Straight,without Fing U for a YEAR!!!!!w/added expenses.

Super great service put information down in info and next day got my tags for my boat worth the money better than sitting at the dmv

Do not use this site if you want your vehicle license tabs in a timely manner.

I accidentally went to this site and paid $50.00 more that I should have. I notice the reviews were so so. I want to say this, if I don't get my registration in a timely manner, I will use my political and business contacts to shut you down, and that is a promise!

I went on this website thinking it was the actual DMV website. After I submitted my payment I realized it was not the DMV website but I figured ok lets give this a try. The worst mistake I ever made. I paid for my Registration Renewal beginning of May 2020 and still have not received nothing. I can't reach them by phone due to COVID-19 so I have to email and I get no response back. Worst company in my life I ever dealt with. Don't waste your time with this website. Its very frustrating.

Had to file a dispute with my bank all they do over the phone when you request a refund is talk about their legality since they probably get pressed for being a scam a lot! Don’t say you’re the dmv then in fine print say you’re not! I want a full refund!

I have paid money to transfer of my title, these stupid people did a license renewal instead title transfer. I send all the paper work email to them including lien papers. Man name Carl called and been really rude and he must be the owner. All he want is money, money and money. When I first filed out paperwork no one call, answer the phone return email use the excuse of nothing to do now, since all businesses open. Even DMV IS. I don't know why DMV use these fake company.

Paid 324$ for duplicate title, registration renewal and its been almost over a week now amd still have heard nothing from this company. I basically paid for nothing!

I’ve been using this site for the last 3yrs but I would like to know why your fees are so outrageous? $30 for a service fee, $7.26 for a convenience fee, and $3 to ship me my tags and registration and then this yr it says “no guaranteed delivery.” What does that even mean?

Do not trust this company. I paid for my car registration and I never get it. Don’t waste your money!

This site is a SCAM!
They advertise FULL REFUND if not satisfied - I requested a full refund MINUTES after realizing I had selected to purchase - I thought there would be a final review of what you were about to pay PRIOR to taking payment - this was not the case. then afer realizing this, I requested a refund - only to receive an email a day later. "We hold a no refund policy once your order has been fulfilled and services have been rendered." They are the only ones who KNOW WHEN the service is "rendered"... meanwhile, you wait 15 days??? BEWARE!

The service fee of $29.99 for vehicle registration is too outrageous! There is also a convenience fee! Rip off!!! I want my order cancelled immediately! Just go to the DMV in person it is way cheaper!!! Do not use this service. BEWARE.

I simply need a copy of my vehicle registration
