Not a smooth experience
Booking was paid for. Wanted to add insurance but they wouldn't take my card even though it was the same one I had made the original booking with. My reservation therefore got canceled. They told me to contact my bank which wouldn't be possible because it's a Friday night. I asked them to just cancel the insurance request and stick to the original booking, which now wasn't possible.
The lady on the phone had to ask everything to support which made this phone call last for 40 minutes. She was nice and she tried but it was a bit of a pain.
Eventually I had to make a new booking, then call them again to share the new reservation number and then they would cancel the original booking "asap".
Now still waiting on the confirmation of the cancelation. Let's just hope it all comes through. It may have been a system error but what a waste of time.
