Big enough to cope small enough to care

Ordered Christmas Stockings, They had run out of particular design and I didn't see the email coz I'm like that.
However when chased the customer service was brilliant - they sorted out my muddled order and refunded the difference before I could blink. Having spent many years in events creating and managing personalised products I have never been met with such great solution driven responses.

Big enough to cope small enough to care and get it right. How refreshing. Thank you
