no cancellation, returns or refunds

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. Shortly after placing my order, I contacted customer service to cancel – only to be told that neither cancellation nor returns are possible.

This is especially frustrating given that the items are not custom-made. I find it completely unreasonable that a company refuses to accept returns under any circumstances.

The customer service response was unhelpful and inflexible, and I felt my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. I would not order here again and cannot recommend this shop based on my experience.
