I have not received any updates besides one correspondence from this company after I placed my order 2 months ago. They have not shipped out my order and they do not respond to me via email, WhatsApp, or phone. Im still waiting of they send me anything at all but I do not recommend this company any more. This is very sad for me to write because I've ordered from this website before and never had any problems until now.

I was foolish enough to fall for this scam and buy an item on this website. They took my payment, and then after two weeks just canceled the order without explanation. They do not pick up any calls and do not reply to e-mail. WhatsApp is just an automated AI bot. Do not be fooled by the 3-star rating and the older positive reviews on this page, upon closer inspection they all look fabricated. AVOID AT ALL COST.

If I could give -5 stars, I would. Placed an order about 2 months ago and the products never shipped.

Absolute scam, never received the product I ordered. Customer service is hopeless, they never answers the call or replies the email. Avoid at all cost!

I was sent a wrong item. Carsha has no real customer service. I purchased an expensive perfume from Carsha, an MFK grand soir 200ml but I received an MFK gentle fluidity gold 200ml. I contacted them with all the options on their site, including emailing them but I received no answer and the phone number was unavailable. The WhatsApp number was answering with an AI. Also, the product authenticity is questionable. I was not able to return, exchange or refund this product. This site is an absolute scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

Do not give them your money! If I could give negative stars I would.
Ordered $540 worth of CLARINS products and have never received them and no response from any one at Carsha!
I have logged a dispute with my bank!
This website is a fake online website!

Is Carsha proving the Responsible Person Certificate when i order the products for re-selling in Germany?

I placed an order on June 13 (Order #6301087793175), but 39 days later, I still haven’t received a tracking code. I emailed customer service on July 3 and received an automatic reply stating that my inquiry would be answered within 24 hours — but I never got a response.

Since July 7, I’ve also reached out several times via WhatsApp. I only received two brief replies saying they would “look into it” and get back to me “soon” and “shortly,” but I haven’t heard anything further.
I also tried to call, but no contact.

I’m now leaving this review in the hope that someone from Carsha will finally take action and resolve this issue.

I have been trying to contact them for weeks now. I ordered for lots of money,,two oreders. Then all I get when seeking service is a bot that does not work,,he does not understand the task so I don't get any service! That left me to think that I'm being scammed. I sent an email, 2-3 days ago and still nothing! I'm going to my bank tomorrow, monday to tell them about this scam! Stay away from this shitt!

DO NOT purchase from this company. I purchased the Centellian24 Madeca cream in bulk and they were all clearly counterfeit items. Carsha has not responded to my request of a full refund.

I ordered Valaya from them. The box looks okay, when I opened it it is Valaya Exclusif and not Valaya. Fake!

Carsha from marvis or any other guy please help please I am so disappointed at the moment because I made an order from you guys and you guys delivered to the wrong address I messaged you guys emailed you called you but I didn't get any single respond from you guys that's not fair why are you scamming me whyyy??????? I ordered my item on the 19th of April and now it’s the 23 of May. On the website it’s says confirmed but no other updates came up. I emailed no one answered

I ordered the items 15 days ago and they have not been delivered.
I emailed Carsha on the status of delivery but have not received an email.

my order has not been arrived. contacted FedEx and they they the delivery name and address is completely different and asked me to contact seller. However, Carsha never reply any of my emails or WhatsApp messages. Absolutely a scam. Shame

This silk straight hair wig is incredibly smooth and natural-looking. No hair loss issues, even after extended wear.

Do not buy any items from this website. I ordered my perfume on the 16th of September and they haven't even responded. It looks like it is a fake website, designed to steal your money. So far no shipment tracking has been emailed.

Update:
They have provided me with a UPS tracking number. HOWEVER UPS has NOT confirmed that they have received my item. Therefore my view regarding this company has NOT been changed. BECAREFUL 🛑🛑

Update after their response:
They stated they issued a return below, but I actually disputed on my credit card, which is how I got my money back. They wouldn't have done anything if I hadn't disputed. So they:

1) Sent me the wrong item (the significantly cheaper item of the line)
2) Sent me FEWER of the wrong item
3) Never responded to support requests (I gave them 3 weeks to respond)
4) After I disputed on Paypal, they said I needed to return it to HK (from US) on my dime to get my money back. They would not cover return shipping.
5) I then disputed to my CC, which got me my money back
6) After looking at the lotions (the wrong item they sent), they're expired. So there's that to rub salt on the wound.

The WORST. They sent us the wrong product (and way fewer of it) and then never responded.

Then when disputed, required I return it without a return shipping label. Do not trust!
