If I could give zero or negative stars I would.
BUYER BEWARE !!!
I strongly advise against purchasing a vehicle from CARSIMPLE. My experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. If you do consider buying from them, insist on an independent, certified inspection from the manufacturer—do not trust their so-called “151-point inspection.”
I was told my vehicle had been inspected by Ford directly, which later turned out to be completely false. After experiencing several issues shortly after purchase, I contacted Ford, only to learn the last time the vehicle had been seen by them was in 2020—five years prior. I bought the car in June 2025.
Even during the test drive, I noticed a noise coming from the front passenger side. When I asked about it, John (a representative at CARSIMPLE) said he had checked with Ford, and they claimed the noise was normal for that make and model. That turned out to be another misleading statement.
Within a week of ownership, more problems surfaced:
Undocumented body damage (not listed on the Carfax)
Misaligned hood and bent lower rear passenger door
Panels around the doors that didn’t line up properly
Heavy idling and sluggish acceleration
Low RPMs
Windshield wipers malfunctioning (passenger wiper stuck and blocking driver’s side)
Slipping front passenger tire
After multiple calls and texts, it took two weeks just to convince John to have the car re-inspected. He promised we’d take it to Ford but instead took me to a shady mechanic shop across the street from the dealership. That mechanic claimed there was nothing wrong. I knew better, so I immediately got a second opinion from an independent shop—and they found an issue with the transmission delay system.
I then reminded John of CARSIMPLE’s 30-day warranty covering the drivetrain, engine, and transmission. After some back-and-forth, he reluctantly agreed to let Ford inspect it. Ford confirmed a $6,000 repair was needed due to a faulty dual clutch in the transmission.
John acted like he was doing me a favor by covering the repair—but refused to have it fixed by Ford, instead sending it to his own mechanic. He also completely ignored all the other issues I raised. I started reaching out just six days after purchase, but didn’t receive any meaningful action until day 23.
To make matters worse, every other vehicle I test-drove at CARSIMPLE also had problems: seized rotors, steering wheels that wouldn’t lock, and bald tires.
Bottom line: Do not trust their inspections, their warranty promises, or their word. I regret buying from CARSIMPLE and hope this helps someone else avoid making the same mistake
