THIS PLACE SUCKS THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WONT CALL YOU BACK

My mechanic snd I was in constant communication with this company in regards to a motor, excellent price...ended up speaking to about 4 different ppl, all of which had broken English...attempted to pay for motor, they wanted additional info from mechanic...they were very persistent...when I refused to release additional information, they (Jason) called my mechanic a f---ing idiot several time...but by the time I finished with Jason, he was a lot madder than I was, and he hing up in my face...I refuse to conduct business with this company and I plan to tell EVERYONE else the same...BE WARE of this foolishness...take a closer look at the website, carspart.us and check out the English language that they ripped apart and misspelled words...please check the legitimacy of the company...

I run a shop in PA and purchased a used engine. The customer returned about 3 months after we installed the engine. The engine was knocking extremely loud and was running horrible. After being transferred and leaving messages multiple times over a two week period I finally spoke to someone there that deals with the warranty. The engine came with a 4 year warranty btw. He had me email pictures as well as a video of the engine issues and said they would review and get back to me. I again called multiple times after waiting a couple weeks explaining my customer is without there vehicle and this needs to be taken care of. Over a month calling and emailing I was no closer to getting a new engine and the customer needed it fixed. I ended up purchasing another engine from a local salvage yard and got the customer back on the road. I had to pay 1900.00 for the replacement engine as well as almost another 1000.00 for the car rental so including the initial 1400.00 I ended up 4300.00 out of pocket plus my time replacing the engine twice. The customers bill was only 3700.00 so this job cost me hours on the phone, about 3-4 days work, and about 600.00 plus fluids when it was all said and done. To this day I have not received anything. Not a phone call or email. Only contact was me emailing and calling. I can not believe this company is still in business. After reading other people's reviews it's clear they don't stand behind there warranties and customer service is something they just don't care about. Very disappointed and as a business owner will never trust online parts stores again. The 4 year warranty is what got me since it was an old vehicle local yards only give 90 days. Didn't realize 4 year warranty was a joke...

there warranty is an joke they can speak good English while doing purchase when an problem happens they cant speak or answer the phone do not do any business with these guys at all

I purchased a transmission from this company. I was blinded by the 5-year warranty that came with the transmission. After installation it come to find the trans had an internal leak. These guys say they have to talk to the manager to get me another trans. It has been six months. They never call me back. I do not know if i have any legal recourse against this company.

Got the front bumber cover and it was bent into thirds. This caused damage to it but they claim they send it that way. So getting a new one world be the same problem.

SCAM!! Ordered a motor. Never arrived. Called the company & they refused to give me a refund. Now I have to go through the hassle of contacting my bank. Do Not Order From This Company!!

I found what appeared to be a good used engine through this company. No more than 10 minutes after placing the order - I received an anonymous text on my cell number that I provided that the company was a scam. That I should close my account and decline all charges. Thank god this person was looking out for my best interest. The charge has not been attempted for the engine as of yet, which kinda confirms the idea that they are scammers! Do not contact this company!

These people are scammers. They offered me a used engine for a price that sounded like a good deal. I gave my credit card number a few days latter they called saying my card was declined (it was not) pressuring me to give them a different card number. Their only goal is to get as many credit card numbers they can then you get unauthorised charges on your statement from companies you've never heard of, beware.
