Absolutely excellent. Will be returning for our next car, even though he will be the other side of the country! I was a first time buyer and spent just under £5000 on a Pergeot 2008 from Ali. He went above and beyond to make sure the car was in the best shape possible, and we were satisfied with our service. Not only did he pay for half my warranty plan out of his own pocket, take the car for a fresh MOT, service and send us foot mats in the post, but over two months down the line when an exhaust problem came up he checked up on us over the phone, helped us navigate the issue and even payed half the cost!

The whole initial transaction was professional and completely transparent, the aftercare has been superb. I would wholly recommend Ali to anyone looking for a used car.

We bought a used supermini from Ali / Carsultant. He helped explain the whole process and information about the car really clearly and could not have been more helpful. The guy clearly is passionate about what he does and cares deeply about the whole process - it really shone through. As well as offering a very decent price, he thoughtfully threw in some small extras such as a posh USB connector, phone holder and cleaning cloth - it wasn't about the cost but he heard that we needed to buy these things and just gave them to us. His offer of a 12 month warranty and the vehicle checks he provided gave us confidence as nervous buyers. Already been recommending him to friends.

Brilliant service! I have been looking for a small second car to use locally and for work. When I saw the car at first glance I thought it ticked all the boxes of what I'm looking for-good colour, looks nearly new for age, low mileage, from one owner and with 12 months Gold warranty as standard. Ali was very helpful, honest, friendly, professional, very knowledgeable and was very patient in answering all questions and concerns raised. I had an amazing experience buying a car from Ali. I messaged him late in the evening the day before, and he still took the time to call me and go over details about the car—a Toyota Prius. He was super honest about its condition and really helpful throughout the whole process.

What really stood out was how flexible he was with my schedule. He agreed to meet at 9:30 AM on a Sunday, which I really appreciated. He showed up on time, knew a lot about the car’s history, and went over everything—the good and the bad—without trying to hide anything. That level of honesty is rare.

He even brought his dealership plates so I could test drive the car without needing to sort out my own insurance beforehand, which was a huge help. The car also came with half a tank of fuel, which was a nice touch.
