I ordered a blanket on 11/29/19 and have not yet received it. Total SCAM of a company. I sent an email inquiry on 12/16/19 and received a response on 12/17/19 that it would ship soon. Yeah right.

Wow! I wished I looked into it before making my purchase. I've never had this happened when making an online purchase. Will think twice now! I've been getting same BS responses from them that it was shipped, then problems with customs, and now that it was packed and shipped. At least give me a chronological order so I can continue having hope. So, what can be done in terms of trying to get a refund? Or at least a some form of consequences? legal actions? for these bustards?

BEWARE! STRAIGHT UP SCAM. PRODUCT ORDERED IN OCTOBER AS A GIFT. ITS NOW FEBRUARY. KEPT GETTING 'IT SHOULD BE SHIPPING ANY DAY" MESSAGES UNTIL I HAD PASSED THE DATE I COULD CANCEL MY CREDIT CARD.
DON' T THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY!!!

I ordered item on 12 Oct 2019, and its has still not been dispatched.
i now have a claim going through for refund of payment.
Cart Crate are a bunch of REDNECK SCAMMERS.

Worst company I ever had to do business with ,what a scam ,ordered rangefinder in November, and get nothing but excuses .I cannot believe they can get away with it ,people need to make this company accountable

Terrible company, I ordered a blanket as a Christmas present for my grandmother on November 21st and I still haven't received it. I emailed them about it and when they emailed me back they claimed it would be shipping soon and yet, three months later? It is still not here. I emailed them again and they have not answered me since. This is absolutely disgusting. I have seen other people saying what happened to them and I can't believe that I got scammed like this. It's absolutely awful.

I too got scammed. After months and the same email responses as everyone else, I received an item- nothing remotely like the picture on the website. I was charged 153 CAD and received a blanket worth 19.99 CAD (max). I disputed w my credit card, but somehow my credit card missed that I was calling fraudulent item not none received. So they accepted the shipping proof from Car5 Crate and I have had to pay up. Expensive lesson to learn!

Cart Crate...Please do not do business with this company, they will take your money and you will not receive your items. I placed an order on Nov 7th that they took payment for but as of today has not fulfilled the order. I get conflicting information from customer service via email. I have read several customers with the same problem. Again, avoid this company!

I ordered with them in OCTOBER still have not received my item and have been back and forth! I’m heavily pregnant now and ordered new warm covers for winter which obvs I had to go else where to get as it’s been 3 months and they still won’t refund me! This company is an absolute disgrace! BIG SCAM STAY AWAY !!!!!!

Ordered a golf range finder in November 2019 still to this date not received my item that I paid for have sent emails and the only response you get is its being processed the company is a complete scam and whoever is writing good reviews are either people that have been paid to do so or they are the scammers themselves stay well clear of this fraudulent company

Ordered a baby shark back pack over a month again and it still says order confirmed no tracking number delivery date or nothing. I will be filing a dispute with my bank I see these people are a complete scam

I ordered to comforters on Nov 4th and have received many emails regarding the process. My order was for nearly $300.00 and still nothing. This company is a complete scam and I will be sharing this as much as I can. So disappointed with the email response from a Pan Warner.

I ordered a comforter with sheets. They took $119.00 and never shipped me my product. I contacted them several times. I received a response and realized this is a scam company. Do not order anything from cart crate.
