My order got lost
edit: they offered to resend me the item, and I got it within one week. The item is way more beautiful than I could expect. It's a decorated wooden plate. It's printed, not engraved, but it's even better since the colors are exactly how expected. It's 100% what I designed on their website. My order got lost first, and their assistance is basic but effective: "confirm your address, we'll resend it tracked", they don't ghost you nor stalk you, and I did appreciate this approach.
Since I'm not the first to face shipping problems, I suggest to choose the tracked shipping in the first place. Anyway I'm 100% satisfied and I can say the price is totally worth the quality, or even better, I would say it's even too cheap.
