Unethical business
I’m posting on behalf of my wife, who had an incredibly frustrating experience with Carter & Shields. They charged her £84 for an unconfirmed appointment, despite the fact that she never secured it, and they refused to issue a refund. Their team hid behind vague terms and conditions instead of recognizing this as an unauthorized charge.
Not only has she lost her hard-earned money, but the whole experience shows a total lack of transparency and respect for customers. If this is how they treat loyal clients, I would strongly advise against trusting them with your business. Disappointing and unprofessional.
