Helpful attentive staff.
Company and staff were very professional and helpful, My package to Canada was delayed due to a postal strike and the staff were very helpful in keeping me updated by email end arranging an alternative parcel to the UK. Very pleased and impressed by the prompt service received.

The package was folded during the delivery, now the poster has also a folding mark in the middle, which can be seen if near enough.
Very sad. Hoped the packaging might have been sturdier...
