You wanna buy garbage service? Then sure Cartlow is the answer. And their customer service agent "SAM" is definitely the cherry on top
You wanna buy your phone from a garbage bag? Or a shit store? Then congratulations you're at the right place. Not only do they have the worst service delivery their customer service agents are even worse!!
So as mentioned today was the last day of receiving the phone i called them as there no updates at all from their end and guess what their staff are definition of unprofessionalism. The agent picked the call didn't even bother to say his name which only after asking he said was "SAM" pathetic is the only word i can use for him not only he couldn't help but he hung up the phone on my face. And when called back there was no response.
Trust me guys if you wanna waste your money behind nothing then surely shop at cartlow.
Just incase you think i am faking it my order number is #3344997
