Worst company ever, fake promises

Worst company ever, i ordered an iPhone, they sent different specs, and i sold my phone so i can't return the one they sent, they were useless especially this is their fault to send different iPhone, so i was very flexible and i ordered and paid another iPhone so i can move my data to the new phone then i ask for return, now they didn't send the new one and the 10 days return will finish, and now i paid for 2 phones, not mentioning i promised to get a discount from first phone, not even the second phone. Totally disaster, there's no one cares about clients, they don't update you, every time you need to call and waste your time.

Horrible After-Sales Service & Endless Delays

I ordered a second-hand ThinkPad T490 on the 23rd of January and received it on the 8th of February. When I received it, I found some problems with the laptop, even though their website described it as "Top Condition." I filed a complaint the same day, expecting a resolution " a refund " .

Instead of solving the problem immediately, they kept dragging the process. They made every excuse from "quality checks" to issues with the shipping company. Weeks of calling and following up later, on March 19th, they eventually changed the order status to "Refund Accepted."

Despite this update, I have yet to get my refund, and they refuse to offer any compensation for the delay. To add, they do not post any updates on order status or shipping details on their website, so customers are left calling customer service over and over and hoping for a response.

This has been the worst after-sales experience I’ve ever encountered. I do shop in various online retailers regularly, but such failure and lack of responsibility is unacceptable. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this website.

I placed an order last 7th of march for…

I placed an order last 7th of march for an iphone 12, i received the item at 12th of March, when I checked the phone the battery health it was 100 percent and I just leave it on my house because I supposed to send it to my home country. the next day when I checked it, it was low battery and I charged it until 100 percent and I leave it again without turning on the wifi, i checked it after 2 days it was low battery again without using it. I charged it again until 89 percent and I checked it again the next day and it was low battery. Obviously the battery is not working properly even I choose the top quality when I purchased it. Last 12th of March I call your customer service to raise a complain regarding the same and process a refund, and they told me that 3 to 5 working days they will collect the item, i follow up 4 times and they told me the same, its been one week but no one revert to me or even collect the item, I also sent an email but I didnt receive any answer. I need my refund, this is not a small amount. Very bad experience

Ordered a laptop from them and no sign of delivery

Ordered a laptop from them, with clearly written delivery in 48 hours. its been 3 days now and no sign of delivery till now and they dont even provide tracking number which works.

called their customer service and they said that it takes 4-5 business days to deliver the items, then why do you write 48 hours delivery

Warning

Warning: Cartlow is selling fake or tampered phones!

I bought a Redmi 13C from Cartlow, advertised as NEW with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage for 250 AED. But when I checked, it was actually 4GB RAM and 64GB storage—the software was manipulated to show fake specs!

A few days later, the display stopped working, and the screen lost its stickiness, exposing writing underneath—clear proof that it was a refurbished or tampered phone.

Cartlow ignored my calls and emails when I tried to return it. They falsely advertise used/refurbished phones as new, scamming customers. Do NOT trust them!

If you've been scammed too, report them to UAE Consumer Protection (600 522 225) and warn others.

Selling old devices has never been so…

Selling old devices has never been so easy until this company appeared!
It's cool that the procedure itself is without any difficulties at all. I looked for some such platforms where I could sell my old iPhone by a good price and eventually found them. I can't say that the price fully satisfied me, nevertheless, other platforms offered lower price for this model. I am glad that I used them.

Not acceptable

Very bad service, even after the payment and order confirmed- they said it is out of stock.
No E mail no communication , i was the one who called and they confirmed about out of stock, so if it is out of stock why you charged me.

Beware of Unauthorized Use of Account Credit



I had a terrible experience with Cartlow. I purchased an item, returned it, and received refund credit to my account. However, I later discovered that my credit had been used to top up another account without my authorization.

I escalated the issue to Cartlow’s customer service, but nothing was done to resolve it. Despite multiple attempts to get assistance, I was met with unhelpful responses and no real solution.

This experience has made me question the company’s credibility. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with Cartlow, especially when it comes to refunds and account security.

Disappointing Experience with Cartlow
I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Cartlow. I ordered a PS4 on 31/01/2025 with an expected delivery date between 3rd and 5th of this month. However, it's now 08/02/2025 and I still haven't received my order.

The lack of communication from Cartlow's customer support team has been frustrating. Despite reaching out to them, I haven't received any meaningful updates on the status of my order.

As a customer, I expect timely delivery and clear communication. Unfortunately, Cartlow has fallen short of these expectations.

Do something about your customer service, please change for the better

Whenever i order something from them , first you have to acknowledge that your ordering a second hand product, so when i order from them and i find any complications with the product i don't return it back simply because they are also outsourcing the products from third party shops and so the return will be tedious and time consuming if you don't have any.

as of now i ordered a phone on the 18th ,January 2025 and today its 23rd of January 2025, still not yet received the product and there customer services no one is there at the moment , imagine and its 11:10 am in the morning ,for an online company.

but what has bothered me on this trust pilot platform regarding Cartlow and made me to write this comment is the mere fact that they don't respond back to customer complaints on this platform but they find time to respond back to customers thanking them , that only tells you a lot about the companies values and missions.

Cartlow used to be a good platform when it had just began and i used to buy lots of item from them , but for God's sake last time i ordered a Samsung tablet and i received it, the screen was literally lose on the edges with all the glue used to replace the screen was still leaking out but like i said i don't bother returning anything on Cartlow , i went to repair shop and fixed it my self .

another incidence i sent my Iphone11 pro to sell it on there platform , they return the device to me and said the mobile didn't pass the assessment test which is ok , but my original charge that i sent with the device they didn't return it back to me, only the mobile i receive back but i like i said still i didn't complain back .

Terrible Item Return Experience

For starters I have bought a laptop that was in preloved top condition from a 3rd party seller on this app previously in October and its spectacular.

This time I bought a Samsung phone that's in preloved top condition. I got it on January 12th. The condition of the phone is good for the little amount of time I used it. Therefore I can't say much about it since I actually didn't wanna use it after I realised on the same day that there were two crucial things different from the listing.

1) It was listed as dual sim, instead I received a single sim.
2) It was listed as an international version with a model number ending in B, but instead I received the Korean version which its model number ends with N

Additionally, I somehow got a 256GB phone eventhough I ordered a 128GB phone.

From the beginning of the return process I was a bit skeptical as I didn't receive any type of confirmation and there wasn't any way to check anywhere if the return was initiated so I called them the next day on Jan 13th to which they apologised and sent me an email stating the item will be picked up in 3-5 days. There is no method of tracking that aswell.

Its now Jan 21st, I have called them on the 15th, 16th and 19th. Each time they make it seem as if the issue is solved and as if they just didn't know. They kept assuring assuring me each time that everything is alright. I have sent multiple emails throughout but to no avail.

I am not gonna bother writing any details about my order here cuz i have pretty much given up since its been almost 10days. It seems that I just got lucky with my first purchase from them.

Edit: my issue has been solved (30th January)

Awfully horrendous experience

Awfully horrendous experience! The order was already late so I called their so-called call center. It seems the guys sitting there are using phones from the Stone Age. The distortion literlly gave me a migraine. The guy sitting there could not speak proper English, was super nervous and took nearly 10 mins to tell me the order will take another 3-5 days. I had to tell him twice to cancel the order which he said he did but guess what… he didn’t! Wish there were zero stars or a garbage truck sign instead. Wow, just wow!!!

3-5 business days is a Lie

I heard a lot of great things about this website... but last monday my phone broke and i had to get a new phone asap because of work and many information i need to check on my phone... the website stated it needs 3-5 business days... but little did i know it has been 6 days and it was supposed to arrive today, THE PHONE IS STILL PROCESSING!!! worst exp ever (I emailed them but they did not respond till now)

I was selling here a couple of old…

I was selling here a couple of old iphone which I found at home and the process smooth, nothing to pick on, to be honest.

Like, it's easy like 123, nothing difficult, you just calculate everything, get a grade from experts and then receive payback after having your devices recycled or what they are doing with them, idk. It's a straightforward procedure and I am glad that I found them. Of course I could give these iphones away because they aren't old at all, but I highly doubt i would be granted more money.

Returned a laptop after it was over…

Returned a laptop after it was over heating and battery would not hold charge.

Once the laptop was collected by Cartlow I got not update. For two weeks I was unable to get through to their customer service leaving voice mails with not return calls.

Once I finally got hold of an agent, he informed me that it was repaired and will be delivered within two days. That was a week ago and I've just been informed that they haven't even started the repair.

Cartlow haven't contacted me once, if I hadn't called them, I still would have no idea what's happening.

Terrible experience!

I am writing to express my frustration regarding the significant delays in the shipping of my recent orders for six phones

I placed these orders on 7th of December 2024 and 8th of December, and I was initially informed that the estimated delivery would be within the 13th of December and the 14th of December.
However, as of today, I received only TWO phones out of SIX and I haven't yet received any updates or tracking information regarding the shipment of the order devices .This lack of communication and the extended delay have caused considerable inconvenience, as I was relying on these phones for traveling purposes.
In addition to this, your contact number is always busy and always putting me through an automated system.

I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but I would appreciate a prompt update on the status of my orders. If there are any issues that need to be addressed, I would like to discuss possible resolutions to expedite the shipping process.

An item was missing in the box which a return was placed - now they are demanding 25% less the actual refund price as they are stating I lost the item - Customer call centre is in Egypt and there is no way to contact anyone in their Dubai warehouse - DED Consumer Rights Complaint has been raised
