I purchased the gloves via an Instagram link. They arrived as promised, but the Velcro fastener soon began to fray. Now it has torn off. I’ve worn them 15 times.
I have emailed the company twice and have yet to get a response.
Should have stayed local.
If Carvenalco come through and make it right, I’ll put up a better review. 🤞

Horrible communication... still trying to get my refund... website and advertising is misleading

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I have purchased from Carvenal 2 times. 1 pair of leather gloves + 1 Jacked. I'm very satisfied with both of my purchases, and they're my go-to when riding.

Motorcycle gloves were of subpar quality, after several vague emails exchanges I was able to get the return underway. Upon receipt by the seller, they stopped responding to email. As of November 28th, their website has expired and yet they still send solicitation emails.

This is scam with both quality and certification. The gloves are dropped shipped from China. Stay with any trusted Motorcycle company. Expensive mistake on my part.

10 days later.... tracking the package .... still not shipped !.. Generic email back to say it could be up to 20 days to be sent... I think it is definitely a "made in China". finger crossed that the gloves are worth the money !... Would not re-order from them.

Unable to confirm that gloves on offer were compliant with CE safety regulations.

Company appears to use fraudulent CE safety certification and as a result the gloves are likely to not pass safety tests.

My advice would be to avoid this company who appear to value profits over safety.

***BUYER BEWARE***

I placed my order on July 20th. It is now July 30th and I still have not received my gloves.

I emailed their support and and after days of no response they finally responded saying my gloves shipped and it will take 6-20 days to receive. They referred me to the tracking number that only shows me the shipping label was created.

The concerning thing they told me was my gloves was shipped from overseas which tells me it’s most likely from China and will most likely be cheaply made.

I will be filing a dispute with my bank. I would advise anyone looking at purchasing their products to save your money and DON’T DO IT!

No communication at all. Tried contacting them through there web chat, Facebook and email and still nothing and never received the gloves either. Be warned keep away from these con artists

See Gloves arrived in just over a week.
I measured across my palm before ordering to get the sizing right, but I’ve found the moulded nuckle is still tight and when gripping the the bars, the left hand side nuckle armour is pushing into my middle and index finger nuckles
There are no “ce” markings on the gloves, no armour documentation with them and very little palm protection.
I am wondering now how much protection is offered.
I cant wear them because of the left nuckle plate and put it down to experience, as I now need a pair I can wear, that can at least show their protective ability

I’ve had mine for a year now. Good quality material, tight to start off with but molded into my hands nicely. Gives good grip, good with bike and communication/navigation switches but not so good on a touch screen. In my opinion you’d struggle to find a better glove for that money.

It is possible to buy the gloves online but they just email you saying that the gloves are out of stock and they don't ship out the gloves.

I ordered april 11th, and still haven't received my order..
