Really poor customer service
We had 3 or 4 cars we wanted to look at that I'd found online. The guy found the keys for each vehicle, unlocked them, and that was the extent of the service. He barely spoke to us, we weren't asked anything about what we were looking for, or offered information about any of the vehicles, or other options to try. One car I couldn't open the driver's door, as it was parked too close to another vehicle - no help was offered. He was glued to his phone the entire time we were there, I felt like I was disturbing his Sunday. I had hoped to test drive at least one car, but I felt so uncomfortable, I wouldn't have wanted to ask.
Bit puzzled by all the glowing reviews.

Navid at Carvender was very sympathetic and arranged for the car to be picked up and returned to their premises. Shortly after the full amount was refunded with no quibbles.
