I’m a dealer- one customer interested for a Ford fiesta - I changed the wet belt- car is in perfect condition 2016 model with 2 owners and fully HPI clear report. Drive amazing, today customer called me and said my car had 2 accidents in the past.
She sent the report says £501-£1500 inspection - it doesn’t say accident damage- might had and accident- they assume- it’s not fair for genuine dealers, like us-(5 star), my car is in perfect condition, I checked there is no indication of any pressure damages,
Apart from usual 10 years old imperfections. Because of them, I lost my

Very disappointing experience. I purchased a vehicle report expecting useful and accurate information, but the report contained little to no relevant data. It felt like a complete waste of money.
I contacted customer support twice requesting a refund, but received no response at all. Meanwhile, other similar services handled the same situation quickly and professionally.
Lack of transparency, poor data quality, and non-existent customer support. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

After contacting support, my issue with CarVertical was resolved and I received a refund. While my initial experience with the report quality was disappointing, I appreciate that the customer service team responded and handled the situation professionally.
There is still room for improvement in the accuracy and depth of the reports, but I acknowledge the effort made to correct the problem.

Don't listen to you tubers this check is bad value
From what I have seen with you tubers I was very disappointed to be honest. There was no pictures of damage didn't even say where damage was. Plus no valuation either. I found a different check for £14.99 which showed way more. The car vertical is £34.99 I did use code ccd and I won't be doing it ever again it's a rip off
