Do Not Buy from this individual. I was cornered by Ali/Adam, dunno which name he uses.
Tried to view a couple of cars and he and and his brothers had intimated into getting a care w just spoke about a coupe of days ago.
He then proceeded to chase me in his Audi and nearly hit me and my 8 year old daughter in the car!

I have had a brilliant experience with Al at Carvue.
I had a couple of minor issues while under warranty (not unexpected when buying used cars), Al had them dealt with immediately and effectively.
The service is professional and to a very high standard.
When the time rolls around to change cars again, I'll go to Carvue and am happy to recommend them!
Oh and I love the car!!!

Ali & Team were exceptionally helpful today, when we purchased an Audi A3. Ali went over & above to ensure the car was perfect. He spent time communicating with us over the last week. He is dedicated to giving a first class service. Thank you Ali. Highly recommend. 👍

I recently bought a Mercedes CLA, it was exactly as deserved and it had really good spec.

One of the main reasons I bought a car off carvue is because they’re AA approved and can do 0% interest payment on their extended warranties.

Very pleased with my new vehicle.

Easy to deal with, good price just remember to make appointment before turning up, I didn't but they were accommodating when coming to view the car.

Excellent customer service. Smooth and fast process and addressed any concerns and is a reliable company. Also very patient with the process.

Was going to buy a car from here.
Phoned about a car I was interested in but the car was not ready.
I phoned a few times and was promised a call back.
No call back car sold to someone else.
After reading the rest of the reviews I probably had a lucky escape.
You should not have to continually call, customer service should be better.
Yes another car was offered but their was never any mention of a deposit for a car that was not Evan able to view.

If you are an out-of-town buyer, BEWARE. CarVue Peterborough (specifically 'Al') used my travel situation to corner me into a nightmare.

​I traveled from Northern Ireland after being personally assured the Citroen C4 was '100% perfect.' It was a lie. Upon arrival, I found:

​Two illegally tyres (a massive safety risk). ​Damaged rims (advertised as refurbished). ​Scratched door handles and mould in the interior (advertised as fully valeted).

​The Trap:

Because I had already paid for a flight and a ferry back to Northern Ireland, I felt completely cornered. They knew I couldn't just walk away without being stranded and hundreds of pounds out of pocket. They exploited my situation to offload a vehicle that was not as described. I have since had to spend over £2,000 of my own money fixing visual defects and safety items they lied about.

​The Financial Misconduct:

Once they had me there, they hit me with a surprise £399 'External Admin Fee.' Combined with the broker fee, I paid £749 in pure fees for a car that wasn't even road-legal or clean. To make it even more suspicious, they issued the sales invoice to the wrong finance company instead of my actual lender.

​The Ghosting:

Within days, the cooling system/heater matrix failed. Al instructed me to bring the car for a diagnostic at a VAT-registered garage. Once the repair bill was confirmed, he stopped answering my calls and ghosted me completely. It took nearly two months of fighting through the Financial Ombudsman and the lender to finally get this repair paid for. This dealership will take your money, lie about the car's condition, and abandon you the moment a fault is found. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY SAFE: GO ELSEWHERE.

Ripped me off a couple weeks back! Got intimated by the brothers there and of course the car was faulty! Guys be aware! DO NOT waste your time or energy here at all!

Got a 2015 Ford Mondeo from them. The service was good from them. They cleaned the car as much as possible at the warehouse (not a deep wash). The seller was really friendly and helpful.

Pretty straightforward and easy to deal with. Got 36 months warranty and a years breakdown cover. I came across Ali and his team. They dealt with my questions and helped me find the perfect car.

The whole reason this business is a sham is purely down to ALI. He is a professional scammer but not very good in his line of work. If I could describe him, it would be a patronising, uneducated, waste of oxygen. He knows nothing about real life, he’s gonna have a shock when he’s forced to actually become a man.

Ali if you’re reading this, take a BIG look in the mirror before it cracks and change your ways, it’s the month of Ramadan, but clearly doesn’t mean a lot to you anyway. Long as you got your watch.

How do you feel scamming humble people? Do you get a kick out of it? You’ve messed with someone very close to me and one day you’re gonna meet somebody who’s not forgiving at all.

Recently bought a car from Carvue and was really happy with how smoothly it went. The team helped me make sure I was purchasing a car best suited to me! The staff are very knowledgeable and made the whole experience easier with no problems :) the car has been great so far and I’m really satisfied with the service this place provides to customers.
