Check every single bit of the wrap before install
I bought some gloss black wrap for my roof and wanted quality so decided to buy the Xpo. It arrived with 1 end cap missing but I didn’t take much notice of it as it was rolled up. Upon installation (obviously it was too late at this point) I noticed there were scratch marks on it that refused to come out even with a heat gun. Unfortunately affected the end result and cost me £90 including taxes (read the shipping info before buying). The quality was good but bad shipping/prep. Quite annoyed, but what can you do

Our apologies for this problem. Like you stated, if the package arrives damaged in any way, the vinyl needs to be inspected before installation and contact us if there is any damage, so we can deal with it for your satisfaction. Unfortunately shipping companies can be extremely rough with packages and it traveled a large distance from Canada to you.

These guys are great, even with covid-19 and the short handed staff my order was satisfied in a timely fashion!! And big plus when calling you don’t talk to a robot the phone is answered by a live breathing person that knows the business and knows what is going on in the warehouse

Hi, sorry to hear about your trouble.
Ripping can occur if the ambient temperature is too low - which is most likely since you are in Indiana near Chicago where it has been around 46-47 Fahrenheit - working temperature should be 70 to 76 Fahrenheit. You may be cold stretching too much and handle too aggressively while too cold. The surface temperature of the vehicle should also be similar temperatures to the ambient one, if too cold it will make the vinyl stiff and easy to tear especially with textured vinyl like the 3D carbon fiber no matter what brand you use. Unfortunately most videos do not talk about the temperature during install...

Worst service ever!!
I tried to give them a break do to the coronavirus but I have ordered several other items online that got to me early! I ordered on 4/2 on 4/8 I finally got a notification from usps stating they made a packing order for my item. 5 DAYS later it made it to usps 4/13 that's 11 days to get my 5x5 sheet of vinyl to usps! Now usps has received package but has not done anything with it. It is 4/16 and still not shipped! Worst service I have ever experienced in my life time! Never again will I buy there again! I have 2 cars I want to vinyl wrap so I'm sure someone will appreciate my business!

You do understand that Covid restrictions affect all aspects. We can only have at most 5 people working in the warehouse. Usually we have close to 50. USPS picks up only once a week from us during this Covid lock-down and once they pick-up it is out of our hands and control. Also the USPS tracking is terrible it does not show pick-up from our warehouse until several days later or when it is on it's final delivery. We can't do more than what the Government lets us and the capability of the shipping company (USPS). Most businesses don't even operate as in can't ship, so I think waiting for an extra few days is not so bad. Normally it does take a couple of days to get the order going.

You need to send us an email with pictures so we can see what you received along with your complaint. You forgot to mention what the difference is that you are not satisfied with?
Please also realize that what you see on a computer or smart phone monitor will never look exactly the same in colour as the real thing, due to lighting and scree settings and quality. It is impossible to have it showing the same.
