Pas på at I ikke bliver scammet.

Denne mægler har én bolig til salg, som er vurderet 1-1,5 million kroner under markedspris på Lyneborggade 6, 3. tv.

Han har haft over 100 bud på sagen fordi, at han har udbudt den så lavt. Sælger er på plejehjem - og er højst sandsynligt blevet snydt idet, at mægler får en %-sats af købesummen over udbudsprisen.

Jeg er selv en af de, der har budt - og man kunne jo mistænke, at jeg var blot var sur over, at jeg ikke har budt det højeste bud - men det er ikke derfor, at jeg er utilfreds. Jeg gør opmærksom på dette, da man ikke har givet alle bydere mulighed for, at afgive et sidste bud - så man varetager sælgers interesser. Jeg er spændt på, hvad lejligheden er blevet solgt til - når dette bliver offentligt.
