I was having a relatively simple problem with the content of a magazine I ordered from Casa Cenin. When my email about it was directed correctly, I got a very positive response. The content that was incorrect was resent to me as a PDF attachment and I am happy to report that this was all that was needed and it was rapidly taken care of. The customer service, once my email was received, was quite prompt and effective.
