Unfortunately We have also been scammed at the Ideal Home Exhibition. They had told me they didn't take American Express so I paid with my debit card. Barclays have now told me I have lost my dispute even though I can prove the table was not delivered and only the chairs were. I am currently following Citizens Advice to hopefully see if I can get something back. I may have to take this to the papers and social media as Media 10 who organise the Ideal home exhibition are not helping either.

We ordered and paid for dining chairs at the ideal home show in April. Still no delivery and unable to contact them. Hiw was this company able to trade at the udeal home exhibition? They have scammed so many people! They need to be locked up!

Have to agree with all reviews given. Also bought at Ideal Home Show. They don't like answering phone or to any other message email etc. Have asked twice for refund as no delivery. on second occasion they said would take up to 14 days to process refund. That was 13 May. Surprise no refund ! Credit card company are processing under Section 75 but, Casa now claim payment is correct even though they said the refund would take up to 14 days.

Ordered and paid for 14 April 2026. Was told it would arrive within two weeks. Not yet received over 11 weeks' later.

Absolute diabolical experience. I visited the Ideal Home Show on 18 April and purchased a dining table from Casa. After the purchase, I contacted them via WhatsApp, but they rarely responded to my messages. I also sent emails, which went unanswered, and every time I called, the phone went straight to voicemail.

As I was unable to get any communication or update regarding my order, I had no choice but to raise a dispute with my payment provider to recover my money. Thankfully, I was able to obtain a full refund. Avoid this company

Like many others, I ordered a dinning table and 4 chairs from this company on 18th April in the Ideal Home Show, London. It’s the 25th June and I still haven’t received the order. They responded to me when I initially contacted them in May but since then, no response to emails and the the phone numbers don’t work. AVOID!!!

Bought a dinning table and 6 chairs at the glasgow ideal home show i have emailed 8 times called the number and left messages about 15 times just goes straight to voice mail they have never replied to any of them avoid this company I have now contacted my card company to cancel and refund me thankfully I used a card and not cash please avoid this company

Received the wrong table and when I queried it, I had 2 messages and then silence for almost 2 weeks. Would not recommend.

Ordered a Dining Table & Chairs from this company at the Ideal Home Exhibition on the 10th April. I've been trying to contact them to arrange delivery, but there's no telephone number on their website, I've messaged them and sent 3 emails but no reply! It would appear from other reviewers that they are scammers. Avoid!

I purchased table and chairs from the Ideal Home on 19th April, had delivered on the 27th May, table was broken, cracked in multiple places, the salesman Ifty is uncontactable, their customer service is uncontactable, I feel that I have been frauded by a company allowed to display at the Ideal Home which is most worrying!
Their delivery agent V1 Distribution is unhelpful and unreliable with promises to get the issue resolved.
Will now have to contact my credit card company to instigate fraud proceedings!

This company are exhibitors at the Ideal Home Shows throughout the country so you would expect it to be a genuine company with morals! My partner ordered and paid for a dining table with 8 chairs at the London show on 19th April and since that time there has been little to no contact whatsoever. Their phone line diverts to a mobile number and is permanently unmanned with the voicemail box being full all the time and no-one responds to any emails. After I suggested last week that we have been scammed and that I will be notifying the police we had some response with a promise to provide an immediate delivery date for this week, however radio silence is back and the voicemail box is again full! I have sent one last message for them to contact my partner immediately today but no response will force us to contact the police and report them as scammers and taking money under false pretences.

We have also written to the Ideal Home Show sharing this experience for their future reference.
