Richard was in regular contact with us and held prior meetings to find exactly what we needed. His turnaround was very quick, providing exactly the candidates we needed to conduct interviews that same week. They option of temp to perm allowed us to have a non-contractual period of hire to see if they candidates were the right fit. The two roles we needed were filled and have joined full time with us now.
